Caged Between The Alpha And The Vampire のすべてのチャプター: チャプター 11 - チャプター 20

[Nivera’s POV]Tears streamed down my eyes as I sat in the far end of the dark cell, isolating myself even when I was already isolated. My ripped blouse was held firmly to my chest and I kept on rubbing my fingers again and again as the event that took place an hour ago kept on playing and replaying in my head.Maybe it was no big deal to be seen in just a bra by most people, but often, Omegas were paraded and used like sluts and so, it sent a negative message like I was no different from them. It made me feel really uncomfortable and even though my stomach was empty, it wretched with disgust and I wanted to puke.I might have ended up in a bar, serving customers while topless, but somehow, I had been lucky enough to end up as a maid in the palace where everyone saw me as cursed and wanted nothing to do with me. I might have been treated like dirt all my life, but I found it way better than being forced to live a life as a sex worker, and after what happened earlier on, I felt like I

[Lucien’s POV]I headed to the waiting room, scrolling through TikTok and laughing to myself, but not because of what the TikTok creators were busy doing, but because thoughts of her kept dancing in my head and it just made me happy that she was close to me now.I was a little bit scared because of how Celeste had described the mate pull, that she might end up leaving my side, but just for now, I wasn’t going to let the thought of that eat me up.An hour went by, but I didn’t even realise it until the door opened and she stepped in. I looked up, pausing the video I was watching about a cookie recipe I knew I was never going to try, and my mouth flew open as soon as I laid my eyes on her.I stood up in awe of her. She was the prettiest woman I had ever seen, back then and even now, and her beauty radiated throughout the entire room. With fair skin which glowed like milk, long blonde hair which had been let down and touched her waist, and rare green eyes that sparkled adorably, she defi

[Tyler’s POV]“For the last time, Maynard, where is the Omega slave?” I thundered. With tears in his eyes, he looked up to me as blood dripped from his forehead to the floor. “I promise, your highness, I don’t know where she is. I was guarding the entire place throughout and she never left her cell. I don’t know how she suddenly disappeared,” he said.Maynard was the person who guarded Nivera’s cell, and he had been the first to raise an alarm that she had gone missing. It all didn’t make sense to me, and that was why I had insisted that he be tortured. Someone had to pay the price for her disappearance, and he seemed like the appropriate person to do that. The guards I had sent a few hours ago to search the whole town for her came back, and as much as I looked at them, I couldn’t see Nivera among them.“Where is she?” I fired at them before they even got the chance to come closer to me.“I am sorry, your highness,” the chief guard, Larry, said, hanging his head low.“So, what you’re

[Lucien’s POV]“Welcome, sir,” Mrs Phil said as I stepped into the living room, holding my phone in one hand and a plastic bag in the other.“Yeah, thanks. Where is Nivera?” I asked.“She should be in her room,” she replied.“That’s strange. Usually, she’d come out to welcome me once she hears the sound of my horn. Carry on with whatever you were doing,” I said and proceeded to go upstairs.“She might be sleeping. It’s best to not wake her up,” Mrs Phil hurriedly said.“My bedroom is also upstairs. Who said I was going to see her?” I calmly retorted.“Oh, I forgot,” she said, and continued with her chores.I started climbing up the stairs, and I could feel it already. Something was wrong somewhere, and during the time I went out to take care of my real estate business, something had happened which I was unaware of… at least, for now.Contrary to what I had told the housekeeper, I headed straight to Nivera’s bedroom and knocked gently on her door. She didn’t answer, but I knew she was

[Lucien’s POV]I closed my eyes and opened them again. I couldn’t believe that he was right there and standing in front of me.“Good evening. I’m sorry to disturb you, but…”“Why are you here? How did you find this place?” I inquired. He looked surprised. “I’m sorry, do I know you?” he asked.“No, you don’t, and you’re lucky you don’t. Now, tell me. What are you looking for?” I asked in a hoarse voice.“I was wondering if you saw Nivera. She’s slender, has fair skin, green eyes and blonde hair,” he explained.I sneered. “I’m surprised you know those things about her. I thought she was just an ordinary cursed slave. I didn’t know you knew other ways to describe her,” I said.He clenched his fists. “Who the hell are you? I know you’re not a werewolf, but you apparently know a thing or two about me. I wasn’t too sure at first, but I am now confident that Nivera is here with you,” he attempted to walk in through the gate, but I remained firm and didn’t let him go through.“Are you out of
