Daciana's povWaking up the next day, I sat upright on the bed and glanced across the room towards the wall clock. I was very much surprised when I saw it's struck 10Am. Yanking the bedsheet off my body and disentangling my feets from it, I climbed out of bed and stretched out my body as a yawn escaped my mouth.I can't deny having a great night here in the guestroom but as much as I like it in here, I need to go back to our room.Picking up the pillow, I made my way do the door and before stepping out of it, I put off the chandelier lights and closed the door behind me as I walked out.On getting to our room, I walked in and to my greatest surprise, the room was void of any presence. I creased my forehead as I began to regret waking up late. Now he'd left for work with me seeing him. " Damn it" I grumbled through my teeth as I threw the pillow off in the air. Luckily for it, it fell right on the bed. Great for it then cause I wasn't thinking of going over to pick it up if it ever fa

Daciana's povLaughing up a storm, I refused to retreat from my stance and we both ended up falling backwards on to the wall. But not before meeting our lips together, kissing our way out the room and into the hallway. The spare room, right next to the second-floor bathroom, was closer than the guest bedroom. With how impatientArnou was getting with his hands, grabbing at my hips, tugging on the hem of my shirt, and latching his thumb around the zipper of my clothes, I knew we wouldn't make it to my old room in one piece.Putting my hand to the doorknob to open it, I struggled to twist it correctly. "Hold on, you're going to make me break something."A thud came from behind the door when I yanked it, using my shoulder to shift the weight out of the way. Whatever was trapped, it had to weight a ton."Let me help."Arnou took over, gaining my spot in front of the door. Behind him, I watched as the muscles under his shirtshifted and contracted, making me lose sight of the original task.

Daciana's povThe following morning, I woke up so quick that I still found Arnou asleep right beside me on the bed. Since he was practically hovering over me, I have to steadily disengage his arms from around me before slipping out of bed and gently placing his arms back on the bed. I let out a relieved smile when I successfully did that without waking him up.Putting on my footwear, I dashed into the bathroom to go take my bath. It was so late before I could sleep last night- my instincts came screaming out to me that something is wrong somewhere - and not to grab what it was, I found my self inside the bathroom immediately I snapped awake. Before shutting the door behind me, I took a peek out at the bedroom to find him still sleeping.Making sure I shut the door without a creak, I stood before the mirror watching my reflection. Nothing seems to be wrong with my face and then… my eyes widened a huge fraction when my gaze flickered downward to realize a bulge. "Oh goodness" suppressi

Daciana's Pov Entering the car, I kept looking around. Yes, true by his words he told me there was something he wanted to tell me but just as I didn't expect it to come later, I also didn't expect it earlier either. My gulped, reclining back my head on the headrest when I realized have been peeping out of the car window for too long. That's what nervousness causes. "Are you okay?" I heard Arnou ask, worry obvious obvious in his words. Without looking at him, I bobbed my head in affirmation. When honestly I don't think am okay. But do I have to tell him that and cause his worry? Well, no. "What exactly does the sorceress have to do with what happened that day?" Unable to bottle it all in any longer, I sat upright and faced him. It happened that he was intently doing something on his phone but as soon as he heard me speak, his eyes left his phone's screen but never at me as his eyes stayed rooted on me immediately. " To do this explaining of a thing, we have to meet up with her.

Third person's povIt was a legend, one passed down from generation to generation by the old werewolves: there was only one female in the world who held the key to the power of life and recreation. The legend wasn't widely known about except by some old werewolves and pack leaders but they were all determined to get that person. Even if it meant using highly unconventional methods. Evan and Chantel had come back with no leads on the girl. So far, no signal or telepathic communication from the lady had been picked up. Jaymes found it frustrating. The female was most likely a half-blooded werewolf and obviously the crystal ball was playing some kind of tricks on him. The girl's face never showed in the weeks after he had consulted it. It was still the same obscure image of female figure with chestnut hair and a slender body. “We will find her, soon enough,” he said to him. "It's only a question of time.”“What's special about her?” She asked, caressing a glass of brandy in her hands
