◆Paige is pregnant…The silence in Cedric’s office was deafening, heavy with the weight of the emotional turmoil going on in Cedric’s mind. His chest ragged with each breath, his body shivered as he thought about the report he just received. He can't believe Paige is carrying their child.The words echoed in his mind, a stark reality he could no longer ignore. His gaze was fixed on the screen as if he was searching for more information or answers, anything.None came, that was all the report said. He can no longer ignore everything, he has to get everything done once and for all. That confrontation he has been avoiding has to happen now more than ever. Cedric has tried his best to ignore the elephant in the room, he has tried hard not to believe that anyone was capable of such an act, especially….But, right now, he doesn't have the luxury of time anymore, he has to be able to protect the child that Paige will bring into the world.
