Lahat ng Kabanata ng Rejection Vs Desire : Kabanata 1 - Kabanata 10

Alaric is a hybrid Alpha- A Lycan wolf, born from a Pack that rejected him for being different. It wasnt his fault that He was a wolf with mixed genetics from different subspecies of wolves ,yet his father had falsely accused his mother of infidelity, and when Alaric's wolf presented as a Lycan, he was cast out of the Pack immediately. He found solace among the local rogue wolves, who had chosen to reject Pack rules and live outside of the Pack’s conventions that mostly shunned anything different especially Lycans. Despite the scorn of his father and the wider wolf community, Alaric worked hard to make a name for himself. He rallied the rogues that he had fought with countless times as he tried to survive alone. Luck was on his side since his hybrid nature came in handy whenever he had to fight for whatever he wanted. At first, he felt lost and angry at just 21 he had no one to rely on. The first few months were brutal and when winter rolled in, he knew the streets were not for the w

Eutychus Eutychus Brown was a force to be reckoned with. As the captain of the Nightfall Pack's army and next in line to be Alpha, he commanded respect and fear from his fellow packmates. He was a skilled warrior and strategist, known for his cunning tactics and fearless leadership in battle. But despite his admirable qualities, Eutychus held a deep-seated grudge against Alaric, his half-brother. They had grown up attached to the hip and he had always felt like his younger brother was stronger than him. However, that did not bother him because Alaric would never be next in line for he was an illegitimate child. At 21, when his wolf presented, Eutychus was surprised to discover that his half-brother was actually a hybrid. He was confused at first but then a part of him was glad that his brother wasnt as perfect as he carried himself and when it was time to send him packing, Eutychus did not bat an eyelash, now his father had the perfect son, the perfect heir. However, his father nev

AlaricThis was going to be yet another boring meeting where the ‘righteous wolves’ would try to look down upon him and his crew. Alaric knew that much. Living as rouges did come with its own shindigs, let alone being the hated Lycan that he was, and one of them was the constant belittling from wolves in packs, homes, communities, whatever they called them. It wasn't like the rogues under him lived in desolate states. Still, he had a business to run and a crew to feed. The meeting with Darrian was long overdue, Alaric thought as his right-hand man, his brother in arms and claws, parked the car in the basement parking lot of his casino. No one in town knew it belonged to him, they all assumed it belonged to one of the rich wolf bastards, it's not like they cared anyway. To them, they just had a place to be unruly and defiant. Hypocrites. That’s what they were, looking down on him and his crew because they

Alaric    Making arrangements for Darrian’s party occupied most if not all of Alaric’s time. He hated it. He needed the day to be as perfect and incident free as possible. Mostly because he couldn’t let his estranged father find fault in anything he did. Even as an outcast, he couldn’t be so nonchalant about things related to the pack, he had an image to protect. He combed over all the itinerary, cross-checked the security for the night. He eve

Isadora The dress incident had really bothered Isadora. Watching the maid come in and take out the dress she thought belonged to her was quite unnerving but that was the least of her worries. this wasn't how she had pictured the moving in to go Eutychus, her boyfriend, her mate to be… had not come to check on her since lunch. Yes, he was busy with his work and stuff but she was here, in his home for the first time. She tried to let it not get to her, there was no room for pettiness. She plopped back onto her bed, taking deep breaths to calm herself down, even with the suppressants there was still a high chance of things getting out of hand, and this, once again, wasn't the right place or time to be losing her wits. Isadora's phone dinged and she rolled her eyes once she took a look at the notification. [ Don't forget my advice. See you] Her father had of course chosen this time to remind her of things she wanted to forget. Why couldn't her father just be a regular dad, like all the
