Lahat ng Kabanata ng Broken Bonds: I want her back: Kabanata 101 - Kabanata 110

At the Blue Moon pack, in one of the rooms at Lucian’s Mansion, Hazel can be seen sleeping comfortably in new clothes and with an IV drip attached to her left arm. The beeps from the heart rate monitor briefly dispel the silence in the room in a periodic pattern Hazel's POV~ Beep! Beep! Beep!..... “Urghh” I groaned as I opened my eyes. The incessant beeps had disrupted my sleep and now I was wide awake. Turning my head slightly to my left, I scanned the room. ‘Where am I?’ I wondered as I looked around. It was a huge luxury bedroom with chandeliers and lots of paintings. This certainly wasn't one of Noah's mansions. And it clearly wasn't any of Drake's either. Where the hell was I? I was about to sit up when I suddenly felt the IV needle tug on my hand. “Ouch!” I exclaimed as I slowly adjusted my posture. I looked at the IV drip and at my skin. I looked normal again. The purple hue was gone. I could barely remember what led up to this. I tried sitting again, this time a lot mor

Max’s POV~“You know what your dad said…” I tried to warn Lucian. But he was adamant. The same quality in his predecessors that led us to being the weakest of the big three packs was still playing out in him; he just couldn't take anyone's advice. “Forget the old man. I didn't come here to have fun” he responded, “There's a reason I brought you here”“Oh yeah? And what's the reason that's so important that you're willing to jeopardize the existence of the whole lycan community?” I asked, clearly pissed off now by his sheer narcissism. How powerful did he really think he was? It pissed me off to see how much he hadn't changed despite everything the pack had gone through because of the stubbornness of his ancestors.“Follow me and I'll show you” he said confidently as he turned around and walked into the cave entrance. “Come on, don't be shy” he winked cheesily as he moved in.“Hmph, fine. Wait up” I responded as I ran after him. As we walked in, the cave got darker and darker. I had n

Lucian and Max have emerged the the hallway and have gotten into a rather large chamber. It's a round hall surrounded by multiple evenly spaced huge doors all around. At the center of the hall is something like a treasure chest positioned on a little altar-like stand. What is that?Lucian's POV~*Cough! Cough!* “Shit, it's dusty in here” I complained as I covered my nose and mouth with my elbow. Max and I had finally made it out of the long ass, web-filled hallway and we were now in the temple. “You don't say” Max responded with a hint of sarcasm as he emerged from the hallway after me. “I do say, actually. The webs here are crazy” I exclaimed as I tried to get the ones in front of me off. “Well I don't think they are anywhere as crazy as whatever inspired you to drag us here” he said. Bro was just unnecessarily spiteful at this point, because why else was he keep trying to make me feel guilty? “Save it, Max” I cut him off, “I brought us here and that's that. Now let's go

In a certain bar at night, Serena can be seen drinking some beer. She's clearly lost in thought and looks a bit tipsy. Just then someone walks over to her table. Who is it?Serena's POV~How did it all go so wrong so fast? Who were those guys? Especially the one the suit…And how the hell did he find me? What did he mean that he Hazel's brother? Hazel never even had a brother….at least, I don't remember her ever having one. “Could Noah be behind all that?” I pondered, staring into the distance in thought. It didn't seem likely. I knew the scent of both Noah's and Drake's packs; that dude’s scent wasn't anything to close to the both of ‘em. It definitely wasn't Noah's idea and it certainly wasn't Liam's idea. Liam would never use another person to get at me - if he even had any idea that I was still alive. I couldn't wrap my head around the whole thing and just continued sipping my beer. While I kept taking more sips, I heard footsteps approaching my table.Clip! Clop! Clip! Cl

The next day, Hazel can be seen sitting up on her bed in her room. She looks like she's lost in thoughts. But why? Could something be bothering her?Hazel's POV~“Why do I feel so uneasy?” I muttered in deep thought as I looked around the room, my eyes staring but not really looking at anything. Something felt odd but I didn't know what. While I was trying to process my thoughts, I heard a knock on the door. “Who is it?” I asked, turning my head to the side. The door handle twisted and it opened slightly to reveal Naya's head popping out like a child playing pop-goes-the-weasel. “Hey” she greeted with a smile as she walked in, “Someone's up early” she said. I smiled in response, watching as she walked up to the bed and took a seat. I didn't really want to talk - or did I? I couldn't even tell. Something was just off and I couldn't really point out what it was. “Well I could barely get some sleep” I responded. “Really? Are you alright?” She asked. “Yeah, I'm fine….I thin
