FREYA I tried to scream and wiggle against the strong arms around me but it was useless. I couldn't make out my surroundings as my view was clouded with darkness. Whoever had seized me possessed both immense strength and an ominous, otherworldly power. My breath started to dye down, the air so hot that I exhaled forcefully to keep myself conscious. Draven had warned me not to move, but I didn't listen. I wouldn't blame him if he left without saving me from… Suddenly, I fell flat to the ground, my nostrils enveloped by the smell of fresh grass.
