~Autumn~I headed to my room after practicing for a while. It has been a long we went to war, seems boring around Bluemoon Pack now. The last war we went to was many years ago. Reaching my room door, I saw Ian standing, patiently waiting for me. I scowled at him, moving close. “And what are you doing here?” I asked between gritted teeth.“Hey, you are back,” he smiled. Oh, gosh! The smile that irritates me so much. Seeing him smile seems he is mocking me.“What have you come to do this time?” I calmed my voice, opening my door.“I came to see you,” he said. I entered and he followed me up.“I didn’t ask you to come in,” I groaned, turning to face him.“And you as well didn’t slam the door at my face so, I assume you wanted me to come in,” he poured the reality to my face. I gritted my teeth, stamping my feet on the floor with a clenched fist.“Get out!” I snapped.“Whoa! Calm down. Are you always a hot

~Jennifer~Cora brought water and a towel to clean my feet on my order. I wasn’t comfortable with it but I needed to teach her a lesson for downgrading me because of my Omega status. Now she will experience what it means to be an Omega. I was seated on the couch while she knelt in front of me.“I still can’t believe how fast time flies,” I started. She dared not look into my eyes, she focused. “From a poor, wretched Omega to an expensive, adored Luna. Do you remember the day you made me spill Luna Glenda’s milk?” I asked. She glanced at me and looked down immediately.***I was heading to Luna Glenda’s room to serve her a glass of warm milk. Suddenly from a corner in the corridor, Cora appeared, intentionally hitting me and pushing the tray containing the milk to the floor.“What have you done?” I exclaimed. She plastered a hot slap across my cheek.“You dare not talk back at me. How dare you?” she rebuked. “Look here, Omega, wha

It was late in the night when I woke up. I saw Ian writing on my desk. “Hey!” I exclaimed. He looked at me.“You are awake,” he smiled. I yawned.“What are you doing?” I asked, getting down from the bed.“Just writing and waiting for you to wake up,” he replied. I reached behind him and placed my hand on his shoulder.“I must have kept you waiting too long, right?” I pouted.“Not too long. It’s your stubbornness that got you awake by this time. Why didn’t you continue sleeping till tomorrow?” he teased.“I didn’t wake myself up, did I?” I let out, heading back to the bed.“Now that you are awake and you have seen me. Can I go?” he asked, standing up.“Go? Don’t you know what the time is saying? How can you leave me here all night alone when you know I won’t be able to fall asleep easily after waking up now?” I whined.“You want me to guard you all night?” he asked.“That’s what you promised Fat

~Lucian~“Burn him!” I ordered. One of the remaining demons charged at me with a speedy force that got me standing confused. Before he could reach me, he was flown into the air, thudding heavily on the ground. From the smoky force that pulled down the soldier appeared a man. His regal attire flowed behind him. His eyes darted back and forth.“I will take it from here,” the man said.“He is mine, I will do as I please with him,” I stood my ground. He stared mutely at me before a smile appeared on his face.“Come on dear friend, I’m on your side here. In short, you deserve applause for a job well done. This is a task I couldn’t accomplish over the years and you did it in a twinkle of an eye. Impressive. But I will implore you to allow me to burn his body, at least, I should play a part in his death too,” the man stated. I found myself succumbing to his desire. And looking at my men, no one was ready to burn a demon.“Fine. Keep him out of m

Meanwhile, in a distant land lies Russell, black and unconscious. A beautiful, young lady came along playfully to a well side when she saw him. She cowered back, having almost stepped on him. She gradually took a step forward, looking around to see if anyone was watching. She stooped and touched his leg, jerking away her hand in fear. “Oh, dear God, what is all this?” she lamented. “He is still breathing, he must be alive,” she convinced herself and touched his leg again. She watched him move a finger and she gasped. “What do I do? What should I do? Mother!” she cried, tapping her forehead. She ran back home. Returning with her brother, they helped Russell to their house, a small bungalow on a field. They lay him down in the guest room and an elderly woman, their mother began treating him with herbs.“Where did you find him, Ruby?” the elderly woman asked the lady.“At the well, Mother, I saw him lying beside the well unconscious. What do you think happen
