Bailey’s p.o.v.After we watched the fireworks show, we got in the car and drove back to the hotel. We got back late due to the traffic around the carnival area since everyone was leaving at the same time. I ended up slightly dozing off in the car since the ride was double the time we took getting there and William didn’t hide his displeasure with the traffic. When we got back to the hotel, we slept off without wasting any time with how we had spent our day at the carnival.I yawned as I walked into the bathroom, it was almost noon and I had just woken up, William wasn’t in the room so I assumed he was awake and maybe in the living room or out. I walked to the sink to brush my teeth first before turning on the shower and stepping under the shower head, letting the water cascade down. I grabbed the soap and my sponge and scrubbed my skin clean. After showering, I walked out of the bathroom with the hotel white towel around me, I searched through my bag for what to wear, and I settled f

The past two days have been delightful and I intend to make today my last two days in Rome fun too. I kissed my pink teddy which I’ve still not named on the head and marched out of the bedroom to meet William in the living room. He was lounging on the chair with his phone in hand as usual and a glass of wine on the center table.“Do you have plans for today?” I inquired, taking a seat across from him.“I don’t see how that's any of your business.”“That’s a classic William response, you know, whenever you say that, I don’t even take it personally anymore, I know you’re being defensive rather than being mean. I said locking straight at him. “Anyways, just answer the question.”“Well, aren't you a know-it-all? And if you must know, I have plans.”“I know that’s not true, you’re free both today and tomorrow.”“If you knew, why did you bother asking?” He asks, glancing at me.“To make a conversation and begin my proposal.”“Let me stop you right there. No!”“You haven’t even heard what I

“Please, can you stop the car?” I ask turning to him and putting my hands together in front of me in a prayer-like manner.“Are you crazy? Why?” he asks glancing at me before turning back to the road“That’s the Trevi fountain?” I point at the fountain that was ahead.“And?”“Ahh!” I playfully gasped. “I am going to overlook the fact that you just said that.”“Good then also overlook the fact that I’m not stopping this car.”“Please, I have to toss a coin. It's for good luck and it's basically tradition.” I say fluttering my eyes at him in an attempt to break his resolve but he remains unbothered and doesn't even glance at me.“You’re making me deeply regret agreeing to this sour tour.” He says as slightly massages the side of his head with his left hand that wasn’t on the steering wheel.“Sorry,” I say sheepishly, still keeping my stance. “I promise I won’t waste time at all, I’ll be back before you know it” He rolled his eyes at me and the car came to an abrupt stop. I took that as

We spent a couple more hours at the beach talking about the most random stuff and I got to admit it felt nice seeing William like that, so carefree and relaxed. I was scared that Rome might end up being a forgotten memory by the time we got back, I was scared that William was going to go back to his usual way of ignoring me. I didn’t want the friendship we had now to be flushed down the drain. I just hope he doesn’t go back to being as mean as he was before we came here to Rome.We got back late at night, William had called for his driver to pick us up from the beach since he was a bit drunk and I was much worse. I wouldn’t have even accepted to get into the car if he wanted to drive. For someone who wanted to tour the whole of Rome, I couldn’t do that the next day due to the hangover I woke up with. I spent the day in the suite sleeping and cuddling with my pink teddy bear. “Goodbye sir, please ensure you visit soon,” Alfredo says to William as we walk out of the elevator.“Don't sa

Mathew wasn’t home anymore, he had gone out to hang with some of his friends so I was here all by myself. Agatha kept me company before she had to leave since she was done with her shift while Mario hadn’t come, But Agatha informed me he would be coming later to make lunch since he couldn’t make breakfast today.Since the weather was nice and warm today, I decided to take a swim and spend my time in the pool area, basking under the sun’s warm glow. I strolled into my closet, going through the bikinis Hazel had picked out for my closet. Speaking of Hazel, I hadn’t seen her in a while and I have to admit she had a very nice taste when it came to clothes judging from the outfits in the closet.I settled on a light blue and white two-piece bikini and a matching kimono cover-up, I picked up my phone and made my way over to the kitchen to get some snacks, a fruit, and a drink for myself before walking off to the pool area. I settled the tray on the table beside me and laid down on the loun
