I rubbed my eyes before glancing at the clock on my nightstand, it read noon. Wow! I never sleep in. Yesterday was too exhausting, I wanted to go back to bed but I knew I had to get up if I intended to meet John before he started his daily crankiness and also before the club officially opened for the day.I headed into the bathroom to brush my teeth before taking a quick bath. I entered my room afterward to change into one of my old ripped jeans and a white sweatshirt. I put on my white Crocs to match before deciding to take my tote bag instead of my usual purse.I walked into the kitchen, placing my bag down in a corner of my small counter as I moved around the kitchen trying to decide on what to make. I decided on a packet of Samyang ramen which was my usual go-to meal. It was ready within a few minutes, I sat down on my couch to start eating from my bowl as I scrolled through my phone.I made a mental note to tell Shayna about how much of a jerk William was since she practically h

I dozed off in my outfit immediately after I got home yesterday and it wasn’t until later when I woke up that I changed out of the clothes. My ringtone stirred me from my sleep and I reached out for it on my nightstand half asleep as I slid accept on the screen. This has become my morning alarm wake-up call each day“Good morning Bailey.”“Good morning Hazel, you’ve got to stop calling me so early.” I groan yawning.“I’m sorry. I just wanted to let you know what I have planned for your schedule today.”“Alright, lay it on me.”“You have the other half of your wardrobe shopping today-” she says and I interrupt her with a groan. “-Today’s shopping will also include make-up.”“I don’t use make-up that much, so we don’t need to get that.”“Okay, so I’ll scratch that off.” We are also doing hair and skin products and we are meeting a designer who is going to take your measurements for your event outfits and also for any other outfit you’d have to wear. Don’t worry Bailey, today’s shopping

After messaging May, I hopped into the bathroom to have my bath. I spent a little bit more time in the bathroom under the shower before coming into my room to apply lotion on my skin.Hazel came over yesterday when I wasn’t around and helped me arrange my new wardrobe, I am super grateful for her. She already grouped clothes that go well together. My wardrobe was filled with basically only designer clothes.I pulled one out of the wardrobe and placed it on my bed. I decided to curl my hair today so I started that first by putting in the pins and rollers before making my way over to the kitchen to make egg pancakes for breakfast.I open the drawers and mix the flour, sugar, milk, and eggs. I get my pan ready for frying. After frying, I place the pancakes on two separate plates because knowing Hazel I doubt she has had anything to eat this morning with the workload she has. I covered the one for her with a wrap and dug into mine. After eating and washing my plate, I walked back to the r

“Do you like the black one or the red one?” Alois asks, showing me the two silk gowns.“The black.”“Okay people, let’s get a move in, We only have about three hours to make my belle femme shine. Chap! Chap!” He says, clapping his hands and talking to his team.I was led into the bathroom first to take a shower, and once I was pruned properly, they began on my toenails and fingernails while someone started on my hair.I remember saying I didn’t want to deal with William again for a while but it seems like the universe is just against me cause it really doesn’t like me even at all. Earlier today, Hazel informed me that William and I would be attending a charity event to raise money for foster kids. I guess you don’t judge a book by its cover, turns out William always donates to this charity event yearly even though he never attends it in person. William booked two hotel rooms closer to the event venue for us to get ready so we could get to the event in time.Once my fingernails and toe

Oh God! I was a mess. I was running around my room looking like a headless chicken. I hope I don’t forget anything behind with this awful last-minute packing. What was I thinking about sleeping so early yesterday? I should have done this yesterday instead of right now. William will be arriving in less than two hours and everything was a mess. I haven’t even taken a shower yet nor talk of brushing my teeth. I pulled out the light hand luggage Hazel bought for me yesterday and unzipped it, throwing in the outfit she picked that I would wear for the next two days. I threw in a clean towel, pajamas, and whatever necessities I needed to get me through this weekend. Once I go through my mental checklist and tick the items on this mental list of mine, I dash into the bathroom to take a shower as fast as I can. Once I was done bathing, I pulled my hair into a ponytail as I put on the graphic black tee and light jeans before knotting my shoelaces and ensuring I was well-equipped with everyth
