Amari POV: I woke up this morning with Shadow’s arms wrapped around me and I’ve never felt more connected to him. I feel like we are getting somewhere“I’m thinking we go down to the stream today,” he says with my feet on his lap whilst giving me a foot massage. Looking away from the pages of my book I put it on my chest“It’s cold,” I say and he chuckles “It’s Moscow in the middle of winter of course it’s cold but that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t explore,” he says and I smile “You guys have wolves,” I say trying to justify why I don’t want to go out. He chuckles rubbing my feet“And I have two loaded guns,” he says climbing on top of me “Whose scarier” he grins, and I boop his nose “The wolves,” I say and he rolls his eyes making me chuckle.
