The air felt cold, but I was surrounded by a warmth that I had not felt in the past. Mr. John had always cared for me with love, but he had never defended me against my father, because he would obviously lose. This was the first time they were able to stand up to my father and they were doing it for me, to protect me, were the Every's serious about accepting me as their family? I didn't know if it was just a whim, but, I was thankful I wasn't alone right now. "Hold your head up, Adhara. If you're going to cry, let it be from happiness and not because someone so despicable, attacks you" Mr. Every says and although I don't want to pull away from his chest, I do because it seemed like everyone would expect me to do something.'Remember that you are a strong woman. You can't let them see you break down. Less, when it's in front of someone so important' I tell myself mentally urging myself to walk away from the president of the company that surely, I will never work

They were in a big conflict, because, I was to be respectful to two alphas who are the top dogs for any herd, but, I had promised myself not to be mistreated again and I felt that way with Mr. Every's interruptions when I speak."I-I...""Jason" I say in a cold voice to the man who was the first time I had seen in person, because my family wasn't important enough to have close relationship with the pack alpha."Tell me.""Can you leave us alone" I ask and look to the man next to me who denies as if his life depended on it."I...""You may leave, unless Mr. Every wants me to tell him in front of you everything I have to tell you" I say and immediately, Mr. Every sighs deeply and nods, allowing Jason, to walk away"Adhara...""Is it a bad thing for men to be like that?" I ask and it causes confusion in the man next to me."What do you mean?""You are an alpha, Mr. Every. As an alpha and me being an omega, I must be respectful at all ti

I wanted to scream in her face that it wasn't true, but, damn it, there was no way to deny something that was real. If anything had caused me to fear that I was no longer a virgin, it was the rutting period that only begins to occur in women who are not virgins. Therefore, it was the perfect test to know if a woman was a virgin or not. And now, I had forgotten something primordial for a woman. I should have remembered it at the time of executing such a foolish plan to stop being a virgin. But, no, Adhara at that time did not think, as she does now.'I'm in big trouble' I mentally say to myself as I walk out of the fancy restaurant."Are you guys done that fast?" a woman asks and I stop and bow with much respect knowing who is speaking to me."Mrs. Every," I greet her."You don't need to be so respectful. Just call me, Eda. After all, we are going to be family soon" the woman says intertwining her arm in mine as if we are close friends. "I couldn't

Hours later We had bought many things that I surely won't use because it's not my style, but, that doesn't seem to matter to the two people who choose the clothes that I mostly don't wear, because they choose so fast that when I've barely tried something on, they have already selected five items of clothing each.'At this rate, they're going to buy me clothes for a whole year' I say to myself mentally.Jareth Every, always gets the shopping bags, then passes them to one of the bodyguards and only when they have ten bodyguards with enough bags to complicate their walk, they leave.I think they have already left at least ten times because of the excess of shopping bags of all kinds of brands. So, I don't want to imagine how much they've spent in all the time we've been here, 'to teach me to be strong.'"I think in all pastels only, it will be fine" says Mrs. Every as she spins me around several times to confirm if it fits."I think you've bought eno

I didn't know this man for long, but I knew when he was in deep trouble, so I understood perfectly well that he was now, and the worst thing is that there was not the slightest chance of getting out of trouble with such a powerful alpha. If the alpha of the pack I belong to, backed down with him, what is expected of me? I'm just an omega who is currently suffering from my loose mouth and unsatisfied lustful desires.Something that being the wrong combination, has gotten me into this situation where everyone backs off as soon as they see us appear and I don't feel entirely comfortable, being on his shoulder and my face close to his muscular back."Son, don't go away. There are still things to do!" says Eda Every running towards us."Not now, Mother.""We agreed on one thing" You can't leave now!" says Eda Every with obvious anger and her son ignores him.So, I raise my face to watch as the woman stops and glaring shouts firmly."Jareth Every, your m
