Lahat ng Kabanata ng Be Marked By A Revengeful Alpha: Kabanata 1 - Kabanata 10

Caitlyn's POV My boyfriend Jayce was a werewolf, yes, just like the image that came to your mind. However, he didn't usually run around suddenly on all fours in a quiet forest under a full moon, and he was not like those TV shows with a wolf's head on the top half and a human torso in leggings on the bottom half. Most of the time, he appeared almost human, except for the occasional amber pupil, a bit of extra muscle, some financial stability, a consistent approach to love, and a touch of charisma, but not much more than that. Jayce was destined to become the future Alpha of our Purple Moon Pack. And yes, even though I was a human, I still belonged to a family of werewolves, given that my father was a werewolf. The bond between werewolf and human wasn't as common, but it was still accepted within the pack. We spent five incredibly sweet years together, and just yesterday, he told me he intended to marry me this year and made me the Luna of the pack. "What makes you smile l

Caitlyn's POVWhen I groggily opened my eyes, I realized that everything around me appeared rather unfamiliar, but the ache in my body served as a reminder of last night's escapade. With newfound alertness, I sat up, only to find the room empty and abandoned. There, on the nightstand beside me, lay a key with a note tucked underneath."This is a gift for you, little wildcat."I remained frozen in place, partly due to my own indulgence the previous night, and partly because of my surprise at the man's unexpected generosity. However, reason prevailed, and I left the keys where they were, escaping the house as if I were fleeing from something dreadful.Sitting in the car on my way home, I retrieved my cell phone from my bag. As soon as I turned it on, a flood of messages came pouring in—most of them from Leona's calls, interspersed with a few brief messages from my father. In the depths of despair, not a single message from Jayce had reached me, leaving me feeling utterly abandoned by

Caitlyn's POV"What are you up to?" Jayce's voice cut through the air like a sharp blade, fixing an angry gaze on Swain, who momentarily froze but quickly composed himself. With a sycophantic grin on his face, Swain replied, "Oh, nothing. I'm just assisting you in teaching this shameless woman a lesson. Her very existence is a disgrace to our esteemed Purple Moon Pack.""Get lost!" Jayce retorted sharply, causing Swain to glare at me indignantly before reluctantly stepping aside."Caitlyn, are you alright?" Jayce's concern showed in his gentle frown as he turned to me."Yes, I'm as fine as can be," I responded, finally breaking my silence. "Did you come here to express sympathy and comfort me? Or was it just to flaunt your new girlfriend, who, I must admit, is stunningly beautiful?"My words seemed to catch Jayce off guard, leaving him not knowing how to respond. Until then, I had always played the role of understanding and kind girlfriend, but my outburst had shattered that image."I

Caitlyn's POVAfter my father had spoken to me, I spent the following week engulfed in fear, dreading the possibility of the Alpha and his soldiers from the pack coming after us. But true to my father's words, everything remained remarkably calm.Time passed, and soon it was the day of Morgana and Jayce's mating ceremony. The mating ceremony was scheduled to take place in the evening, with the customary vows exchanged in front of the moon god.The members of the pack were all elegantly attired, and various glowing pack totems encircled the venue, while a mesmerizing bonfire flickered at the center, casting a mysterious and solemn glow on the faces of the attendees.Leona and I were the sole exceptions at this joyous celebration; we sat in a corner, observing the proceedings with a cold detachment. "Hmph, to be honest, she can't hold a candle to you. If you were wearing that dress, you'd be a hundred... No, ten thousand times more beautiful than her!""Stop it. Luckily, I saw Jayce's

Caitlyn's POVI picked up the card, my heart leaping with surprise at the sight of Talon's phone number inscribed on it. His earlier meanness had left me wondering if he was just playing a cruel joke on me."What a lunatic," I murmured, shaking my head, eager to erase the unpleasant memory from my mind.I composed myself, straightening my clothes and taking a deep breath before deciding to head back home. However, as I started to move, a sudden loud noise up ahead caught my attention. A group of people hurriedly rushed towards me."Caitlyn! Are you okay?" My father led the group, rushing towards me with concern written all over his face. Behind him stood several senior family members, donned in armor and brandishing weapons, ready to take on any potential threat."I heard an assassin escape in this direction. Did it harm you?" my father inquired with worry evident in his voice."No, I was just walking here when I saw a dark shadow fleeing in that direction," I replied, feeling a bit u
