LeviI made sure that Fiona unblocked me before I shifted and flew back home. A part of me worried about going back, as I wondered if the same thing would happen again and again. That we were simply doomed to live a cycle of remembering just to forget again. But life can't be ignored. Fiona needed to plan a memorial service for all of those that lost their lives, and I needed to prepare for what was sure to come. The first thing that I did was get out of my dirty clothes and take another quick shower. As soon as I dared to open my phone, I cringed at seeing all of the notifications.Might as well start with the most important call. As I sat at my office desk, I touched the little green phone icon by Landon's name. I didn't even have a chance to put the phone up to my ear by the time he answered."LEVIATHAN! What the fuck did you do?!" The tone of Landon's voice would have been enough to scare any average dragon into being obedient, but I was exhausted and over politics right about now.

FionaAbout eighteen long years have passed. They're probably the longest eighteen years that I have ever lived. So long, in fact, that I dare compare them to human years. But it was all a necessity. A horrible, daunting and boring part of our lives that we needed to live to make sure things were as good as they needed to be.Wake up, coffee, train, work, coffee, home, dinner, prepare for meetings, and even more coffee. Throw in a few naked moments when we could.Levi came over when he dared to, and we talked every chance our lives allowed. I usually wasn't one for doing distance-type relationships, but it was worth it .... he was with it. And what we were planning for our people would be worth it. If it didn't kill us, that is.All good things come to those who wait, and when you're a fairy and your mate is a deity, you have all of the time in the world. It's interesting trying to make that work amongst humans. Water fairies tend to travel with the open water and the location depends

SenoraIt was past lunch time when Colton and I decided to go back home. Imagine our surprise when we found out that most of the other lead warriors were sent to the werewolf pack, and in their place was an attractive female dragon that happened to be the mate to the deity of the fire dragons .... as well as Beckett.Fafnir joined Levi back at his place to meet Sol and Celeste while Fiona, Joseline, Beckett, Colton, and myself were sitting in the living room discussing the morning's events when there was a knock on the front door."I've had it with unexpected guests!" Fiona went to stand up, but I held up a hand to stop her."Relax, I'll get it!" I opened the front door to see Aisling standing there with an irritated look on her face and her hands on her hips. She squinted her eyes, looking past me and searching for Fiona. "You've had vehicles coming and going and yet you never once thought of inviting me over?""It's not like that, Aisling ....." Fiona called out from the couch."Wel

Fiona Sol had an open link going between himself, Celeste, Seth, and Rhi during the entire council meeting. It was an extremely helpful way to keep us all informed of everything as it happened, and shortly after we were given the ok to send Fafnir in, is when all hell broke loose. I figured things wouldn't go over well, which is why we decided Joseline should stay home with Beckett. She was just a dragon compared to the rest of us in that room. Even Roxie being mated with Cerulean, thus a fairy princess, wouldn't be bothered if the elders knew what was good for them. I never anticipated running into the room and actually seeing the body of a female dragon turn into red ashes before dissipating into the air, as my mate hurried towards the broken window, stopping my heart, but thankfully not my brain nor mouth. "Don't you dare, Levi!" Levi pointed angrily to where the dragon's body used to be. "Did you not see what just happened?! I can't let him escape!" "Don't you fucking argue wi

FionaThe Andes, Copahue volcano to be specific. Of course, we would have to travel a ridiculous distance away from home and that puke would go to his own hemisphere. We all knew Glaurung would, it was just a matter of him tiring himself out enough to make a mistake and alert Fafnir of his general location. Despite the reason we were here, and the fact that we were bouncing around in one of the Avtoros Shaman 8x8s that Fafnir insisted on buying, I still appreciated nature's beauty as I looked out the window. It was raining, after all. What more could I ask for?In true fashion, I pissed off those who I instructed to stay behind when I told them that they had to watch over things in my absence, which went over as well as accidentally using super glue instead of lube on your privates.I can understand their frustration. Honestly, I can. Whereas I told them it wasn't their fight, it's really not my fight either, and yet here I am. I couldn't risk my fairies' lives for this, and I really p
