Ava didn't even dare to wait for Daniel's limousine; she preferred to walk to the metro stop. Something inside her didn't want to experience or endure his indifference; she didn't want to feel forgotten. So, she chose to do things her way.Without a second thought, she boarded the metro, her mind in turmoil. The starkness of the place contrasted immensely with Daniel's comfortable limousine, obviously. The air was laden with the characteristic smell of the crowd, a mix of sweat and cheap perfumes that made her nauseous. She hadn't been in the limousine for long, but this experience reminded her of how different her life had been up until that moment. The train was filled with people of diverse backgrounds and occupations. The amalgamation of scents and sounds momentarily overwhelmed her. As she navigated through the crowd, she felt people watching her, but why exactly? Then she realized why. A man got too close, crossing the boundaries of decency, and boldly groped one of her buttocks

The bouquet of roses had been resting on Ava's lap for minutes before they even started talking. Inside Daniel Busch's luxurious sports car, Ava could feel the tension in the air as Daniel remained steadfast in his determination to continue with the fake marriage. However, she was determined to calm him down and find a solution together. As if her body moved without even analyzing it, Ava began to gently stroke Daniel's cheek earnestly and with determination."Daniel, please, listen to me," Ava said softly. "I know this is causing conflicts, but..."Before she could finish her sentence, Daniel gently interrupted her, taking her face in his hands and sealing her lips with a passionate kiss. Surprise left Ava momentarily breathless, but she soon got carried away by the intensity and sweetness of the kiss.Their lips met in a whirlwind of emotions and long-held desires. Ava's heart raced, and her hands roamed over his somewhat rough but pleasant-to-touch face. His cologne began to intoxi

The journey back from the vineyard continued in silence, and Ava became increasingly anxious to know what was going on in Daniel's mind. Her head was spinning, and she had completely forgotten to fasten her seatbelt. When she realized and did so with difficulty, she noticed that her fiancé hadn't fastened his either but didn't dare to tell him. Finally, she couldn't bear the tension any longer and broke the silence."Daniel, please," she said in a trembling voice, "can you tell me what's going on? I'm really worried."Daniel, without looking at her, furrowed his brow and gripped the steering wheel tightly as he accelerated the car. The tension in the atmosphere was palpable, and Ava began to fear the worst, especially because he didn't seem entirely sober."Daniel, I can't stand this silence," Ava commented, trying to stay calm. "Is it about what happened at the restaurant? Is it... about your cousin Omar?"Daniel continued not to respond, which only increased Ava's anxiety. As they d

Ava felt her heart pounding and looked around desperately, rising from the table to start walking briskly as the maids' gazes followed her until she disappeared from their sight.Ava's heart raced as she ran through the vast apartment in search of a hiding place. She didn't understand why she had to hide from Daniel's mother, but fear drove her to obey. Finally, she found a small dressing room where she could take refuge without being seen... or so she hoped.Meanwhile, Daniel adjusted his jacket, cleared his throat, and then headed towards the door to greet his mother, wearing a serious expression.Mrs. Daniela's voice resonated through the apartment, full of authority and demands. She didn't even bother to greet or do anything of the sort; she simply rushed in."Daniel, why did you take so long to open the door for me? I've been waiting here like a commoner!" she scolded, scanning the entire room with her critical gaze.Daniel remained calm and responded in a measured tone."Mother,

Daniel stood before Ava, his eyes reflecting the turmoil within him. The room was laden with tension and pain, like an impending storm on the horizon threatening to destroy everything. Despite his steadfast determination to fight for their relationship after what had happened, he knew Ava was resolute about ending it all; he could see it in her eyes."Ava, please, listen to me. I don't want us to end like this... We've barely begun," Daniel murmured, sorrowful and hesitant to approach the young woman, who avoided meeting his gaze. His voice was a plaintive sigh, laden with deep sadness. His dark eyes, usually filled with confidence, now bore anguish as he looked desperately at the woman before him. He wanted to find the right words to reassure her, to make her see that their relationship, although not entirely genuine, was stronger than any obstacle."Daniel, this... this is too much for me," Ava said, her voice breaking. "Your mother, her attitude... I don't know how I can deal with
