Sally's POVI don't know how long I was unconscious, but when I woke up, my whole body ached, as if I had been hit by a car, and my throat was dry as if I had been left in the desert for days without water.I opened my eyes to see Allen sitting in the chair to the right of the bed and a woman who looked to be in her forties sitting to my left. Both of them looked at me with a mixture of pity and admiration, and at the same time didn't understand why.I wanted to sit up and lean against the headboard, but the sharp pain from under my left rib made it almost impossible to move. Sally's POVWhen the coast was clear, he walked into the room I was in, and I wouldn't pretend to be asleep because I was so passionate.Despite all that drama, what did he mean if it wasn't for me, wouldn't he stand and talk?He seemed quite surprised to see me awake. “I'm not going to pretend to be asleep just so you can dance around the room and look at me in shock. Sally's POVAs the car passed through the nightlife in the quieter and shadier part of District X, something in my gut told me that something bad was about to happen. Sally's POVHolding the gun confidently, I walked up to him and fired about 10 bullets between his eyes, the rest into his dead friends. The gunshots continued to echo through the haunting night until all I did was pull the empty trigger.When it was confirmed that three of them were dead, suddenly another gunshot rang out in the night. A piercing pain slowly engulfed my upper body as I felt blood oozing from my left shoulder.I heard gunshots as the night fell silent again, where I found the perpetrator, lying on the ground with a gunshot wound to the stomach.
