Lahat ng Kabanata ng FOOLED BY MY LYCAN KING MATE.: Kabanata 101 - Kabanata 110

Eva "Son," Daniel's Father called out as he sauntered out of the room in fury. His aura is almost suffocating but thank goddess I'm his mate and I'm saved from the possible brutality anyone would have faced before him. Even his own Father seemed affected, though a bit. He rather kept walking until he reached an open balcony before he stopped. His shoulders tensing and untensing before my eyes, his muscles moving with it. I managed to meet up with them but lingered at the door of the balcony, watching them. I can't deny the little dread that settled in my stomach watching him walk out like that. Watching his fury and the way his whole body almost swells to meet his heated up mood. The guy might act sweet most times but he can be even more scary and it haunts me for some reason. It makes me think about what he will do when he learns about the deal Father made to me. Or what his reaction will be if I manage to actually fulfil Father's requirements therefore betraying him. He would p

Eva The familiar Persimmon fruit tree found only in the unclaimed territory of Woodland caught sight of my eyes, causing the Nostalgic feeling that washed over me to culminate into a light bulb that made me recognize this place. This is not just the unclaimed territory, the all-beautiful lake of Woodland where Rogues were said to have harboured before the Lycans and Werewolves killed them years ago. But this place looked more put together than it was five years ago. It looks more primed than it was when Daniel and I would come here in the afternoon, mostly Days when Father was not around to learn how to swim. Or I would rather say, where he taught me how to swim. Yeah, funny enough, he taught me almost everything. "You like it?" He asked as he turned right to pull over at a closer range. I remember us talking about how this place was so overlooked and would have been better touched and refined into a beautiful location for the people of the kingdom. Now that is what it looks lik

Eva"You know that's not true.." he spoke."I know that's not true? So tell me what is true, Daniel. Please tell me. I really want to know." I said stepping over to him and grabbing his shirt while fighting the tingles that came with it. "Tell me that you were the one that wrote those love letters and came up with the endearing lines you always used on me." I looked up at him, hoping with all my heart that it was him. But the silence, the way he tried to look at every other place except me spoke more than he needed to.I let go of his shirt before a mocking laughter splurted from me again. And yes, I was laughing at myself. "Wow. I'm so stupid," I kept laughing and laughing until the laughter was drained and was replaced with tears.I couldn't even get myself to look up at him. At the one who subjected me to this mockery. The same Man I was willing to fight my family for when it came the time for us to make our relationship open and official. The same Man who also promised to fight

Eva I was arranging my things back in the drawer inside the walk-in closet when the door propped open and I knew that Daniel had entered the room. Once again, he didn't spend the night in this room last night and I don't know if I am angry or happy about that but the one thing I know is that I need to fulfil my mission of coming here. I need to find that Halo as soon as I can. I know what happened yesterday broke my heart. I know I was devastated to hear that they were all involved with the game Daniel played on me. Here I thought, after what Lady Mona said at the restaurant that day, that they only knew about it. Only to find out they were parts of it. Here I was, feeling guilty and growing a double mind about following Father's plan after his family accepted me wholeheartedly. I didn't know that was just a facade Daniel probably put them up to. Hearing that they were involved with Daniel in pulling off everything years ago? I didn't know it would break me the same way my family'

Eva I was sitting further away from the entrance with wooden ladder shelves covering me from sight so I quickly tucked in some books which might seem suspicious into the shelves behind me while leaving mostly the ones that talked about the creation of shifters on the table. "Hey." I looked up to see Brinda's head peeking out from one of the shelves while her body hid behind it. She smiled when my eyes caught hers. "Hi," I said, arranging the scattered books on the table. "You've been in here all day," she said, bouncing towards me, seated behind a Mahogany reading table. The Large Library is divided into sections by shelves indicating books on different subjects. In the outer section, before the inner section where I sat, there is a Surrounding dark brown couch that blends into the wooden colour of the Mahogany Shelves surrounding it. Walking further, there are other tall ones in vertical facing placements to the inner section of the room where there are four small reading tables
