Lahat ng Kabanata ng His Magic Luna : Kabanata 11 - Kabanata 20

Maddison P.O.V. I can’t even describe how much I enjoyed the lunch with Liam and his parents. They are a loud bunch, but they all made me feel at home right away. They ask curious questions, listen attentively to my answers and don't seem bothered by my way of life. Although I more than once traced worry in their eyes when I answered something, which they quickly hid behind smiling faces. “Dearest, why don’t you tell us about your powers? Azlela said she had not seen a child with so much magic in her since she herself was born.” Cianna asks me, and I feel myself blush a deep red. I have never talked to anyone but Azlela about my magic, and she drilled into my head how it was something not to talk openly about. Cianna seems to read my mind, as she reaches over the table and takes my hands. “Azlela was a cautious woman. And I imagine how she must have ingrained in you that magic is not something you talk about. But we are family, and you are safe.” Her eyes are sincere, and I feel my

Maddison P.O.V. You know the saying - time flies when you're having fun? Well, time certainly flew by this afternoon and night. Liam took me back to the pack where we had a little run in with some random woman, who didn’t seem very impressed by me or Piper. Especially when Liam told her I am his mate, and she has to show me respect. The women huffed and puffed, but soon went away. He apologized, but I am sure she won’t be the last to be angry about me and my mate bond with Liam. I told him as much, and he agreed with a frown. It was kind of adorable to be honest. Back at the packhouse Cianna and her husband Alpha Logan, were waiting for us. I guess Liam must have mind-linked them. Cianna is all smiles, while her husband nods approvingly with his arms crossed. He looks at Piper with surprise before a small smile appears in the corner of his lips. They take my two bags and greet Piper. Cianna demands that Liam keeps me safe and won’t take me out too long. He laughs as he kisses her

Maddison P.O.V. Liam insists I am coming with him to the meeting, which I actually have no problem with, except I do think it is proper protocol for the Alpha to take someone who is not a pack member or ranked. Liam just rolled his eyes at my statement, telling me I am the future Luna once again. I just point out I am not a pack member again, and he stops in the hallway.“Okay, I hear you, angel. I, Liam Blackmoon, Alpha of the Blackmoon pack, invites you Maddison Nox, daughter of the Beta’s of Iron Mountain, to become a pack member and my future Luna.” He locks eyes with me, smiling and raising an eyebrow. I swallow. The invite hangs between us, and I really only have myself to thank for this. Had I kept my mouth shut and just followed along, then this would not have happened. I can’t exactly refuse, but I am also not ready to accept. Do I have a choice? No, I really do not have a choice. “And I, Maddison Nox, accept your invitation to join your pack.” I reply meekly. I feel the pa

Maddison P.O.V. Seeing my brother and Alpha Rick was definitely a shock to the system, and Ember was clawing to come out and beat up Rick. He was always protecting his sister, and although I understand the need to protect one's family, he also always did it so I was the bad guy. Everytime Jessica got in trouble, magical or not, he was there to save her ass and blame me instead. Luna Jenifer knew it wasn’t always my fault, and she would punish Jessica whenever she could prove they were lying. She also occasionally punished Rick for covering for his sister, but that was more rare than not. Those two were thick as thieves, and they always wanted to do everything magical for them both. Mind you, Rick actually has magic in him. But he was lazy as a child and only did the bare minimum of effort to get control over his magic. Azlela would work him harder than anyone else because he was so lazy. He expected special treatment, and everyone to do everything for him. Memories of the past swirls

Liam P.O.V. The last couple of days have been wild, to say the least. There has been a lot of attention because of Maddie, and we have had to reach out to everyone to tell them about the changes in my birthday celebration. Maddie has been amazing through it all, although she doesn’t want all that attention on her, and she has been very gracious about talking to the media, and other pack leaders. I know I am not the only one who is very impressed with her. She has been training every morning on control, and we talked about how important it is for her to be able to train and meditate every day, so I have made it a point to be there every morning when she does that. Mom has been coming along as well, saying how she has missed this. I know she must have done something because her control is still impeccable. This morning I woke up to my mate in my arms, which she has been ever since that first night where she woke up with a nightmare. We agreed to take it slow, and although I’m temptin
