I have never attended any meeting in my life other than the meeting that I had with Ethan while I was with Stefan before. It was the first that Stefan allowed me to attend only because he wanted to show me off. But even then, I was just seated on the sides never considered to be part of his group unless he asked me to be. Ethan is different. Instead of sitting behind him, I was seated beside him on one side Fiona was seated on the other side while Lucas was standing at the back. People look at us and for the first time, I was afraid that they might recognize who I really am.I felt strong hands squeezing mine and found Ethan’s big hands wrapping my super clammy and sweaty hands. ‘Calm down,’ Ethan whispered calmly, ‘No one will recognize you.’ I looked at him but he was looking elsewhere. I released my breath I didn’t know I was holding and looked ahead, only to be surprised to see that Stefan was looking directly at me. ‘I think Stefan knows,’ I said as I looked away. I can’t

-Angelica-It’s been over two years since the last time I saw my son. Ever since that moment I never stopped training. I learned all the combat skills that I could learn, starting from Merrik to Ethan. I learned the art of seduction from Fiona and learned to wear something even though it looked like I was not wearing anything.I also requested Ethan to teach me how to cook, and I was glad that I was able to convince him despite his already full schedule. “No, you don’t do that!” Ethan shouted when he saw how I placed all the vegetables at the same time. “You didn’t tell me that they aren’t supposed to be dropped one at a time,” I said frowning. I know I said I was thankful that Ethan took the time off so that he could teach me how to cook but I never said I was happy with it.Ethan closed his eyes and breathed in before opening them again and said in the kindest tone he could master.“Vegetables aren’t all the same, some of them are so soft that they only require just a few minutes.

-Angelica-I wasn’t expecting a lot of newborns to attack us. But what surprised me most was the fact that Vampires are there to fight with us, just like what Ethan had said.At first, awkwardness can be felt between the wolves and the vampires since what we are fighting against are also vampires. “Ethan,” the biggest and most handsome guy shouted. “We need to make sure that all the women and the children are in a safe place.” Ethan nodded but it was the pack leader who responded, “We are starting to move them,” he said as he split a newborn vampire in half. “I have a feeling that this is just the beginning,” the leader of the vampires said. “And just like what I had said, these newborns are not created by any of us. I mean they are not bitten. I don’t know how exactly they were created but I have a hunch.” “Please tell,” the leader of the pack said.“Vampire blood was still used obviously but, it’s either they were injected with it or it was drunk,” the leader of the vampires, Kr

-Angelica-My head hurt so bad that it took me a hard time opening my eyes. “Don’t move too much,” Raja ordered. “Or else you’ll break a lot more bones than you already did.” I stopped moving but opened my eyes. I let my eyes roam around but since I can’t move I can only see the ceiling.“Where am I?” I asked. “In a place you don’t need to know,” Raja replied before touching my leg, twisting it in a way that I ended up screaming. “What the hell, Raja?” I asked angrily as the pain lingered on my leg.“Oh, I’m sorry,” she replied. “Does it hurt?”I bit my lip to avoid talking back at her for fear that she would just hurt me more. “What’s wrong with you?” I asked, “Are you mad at me?” I waited for Raja to answer but instead of answering me, she took a very deep breath. “So, are you just going to pretend I don’t exist?” I asked trying to prompt her to answer me.“You, Violet, no longer exist,” her reply was soft and sad but even so, this time I remained quiet. Once again Raja rele

-Angelica-As my truck passed by the entrance, I was expecting that it would bring me straight to the pack house but I was wrong. That’s when I realized that there were a lot of things that I didn’t know about Stefan’s pack. All new members of the pack were not brought directly to the center of the pack but how they had their own specific place where they would stay.In my years in this pack, I never knew that such a place existed. Still, I was glad that I was able to come back with no hassle and that no one knew who I really was.We were asked to gather near what seemed to be a small square within the pack. Another thing that I didn’t know existed. A man stood on top of a small makeshift stage and started to make an announcement.“Welcome to Blue River Pack,” the man shouted. “We are all happy to welcome you here and be part of our pack.”Everyone around me cheered, some were even excited to be acknowledged and be part of the pack. “Now, to know where you will be staying and to ma
