Chapter 9 Nova’s povThe walk to our room was longer than expected. One look at Mason and I knew he had a lot of questions for me but was keeping it to himself. He had met I and Hayden in such a compromising situation. Trust me, I did not want to be in such a position with that murderer but things had turned out different from what I expected.
