Amelia's POV I didn't really like shopping, to be honest, I was carrying three bags filled with clothes and more than half weren't even my own. The three girls who seemed unaffected by two hours of non-stop shopping were happily conversing about the latest trend as well as holding four bags, two on each arm as they were being followed by three warriors and I. I huffed out a breath, the three guards beside me were watching me curiously as they too, held three bags filled with clothes. One even offered to hold the bags, but I declined, noticing how much bags were on his own arms. We should've brought a trolley. "Amelia! There's a cute dress over in that shop that I know would look good on you!" One of Kayla's friends giggled out, coming over to grab my arm and guide me to the store where a pretty white dress was being showcased on a mannequin. It landed mid thigh and had a very Goddess like a look, with its lace overlapping the white fabric and some skin being shown in the tummy area

Amelia's POV Miles and Kayla's relationship was blossoming into something adorable, a mark was already born on her neck one week after they were proclaimed mates, Gray and Mitchell, being not so ecstatic about the whole ordeal, had avoided Miles like a plague, whereas her parents, we absolutely thrilled. It was weird to see Kayla so damn happy all the time, the romance between Miles and her was almost sickening, I saw them making out on the couch as I ate my breakfast, and I heard their activities in the hallways almost twice every week. I envied them in every way. I stopped interacting with everyone. Kayla's friends were almost forgotten because of her new mate and they seemed to have quite a few fights here and there. I tried to ignore the pang in my chest every time Grayson's parents enthused about the newly mated couple, Mitchell and me, loathed every second of it. He had become the only rock, besides Grayson, who knew the pain of seeing a very happy couple always in our view.

Grayson's POV I woke up with my mate in my arms, her body heat was giving me warmth as I held her body in my own. She was facing me, my hands wrapping around her waist as I brought her closer, her aura was giving off a calm blue, a slight tinge of pink wrapping around her heart and where I touched her and it made me feel lighter every time my hands skimmed another area. I smiled lightly, even though I couldn't see her face, I knew she was beautiful, her personality was amazing and she was just Amelia, she was my mate. It was probably around eleven in the morning, I had mind-linked a servant to bring us breakfast before eleven-thirty so that Irene had a good rest and I could spend my time admiring her. My heart felt warm being next to her, I felt happier, lighter, brighter. Therapy was finally completed and even though I was able to see her on Sundays, it was not enough for me, but now I'm here and I'll never let her go. I thank my trainers and counsellors for getting me to this poi

Amelia's POV I ran to my family, they were huddled together talking to some pack members and they were enjoying themselves. Grayson trailed behind me, his hand clasped into my own as I hurried towards them. Alia, Amy, Timmy and Johnny were playing with other wolves of their own age before they saw me, they all screamed, besides Johnny who didn't really care and ran towards me. Tears welled in my eyes as my hand slipped out of Grayson's to welcome my siblings in my arms. Alia was crying wildly, sobbing into my shoulder as she clutched onto my body, Amy and Timmy hugged me from the back, giggling wildly as they placed wet kisses on the back of my head. My parents seemed to notice my appearance and rushed to me, hugging me from both sides and I felt suffocated under their weight, but in that moment, I felt complete. I cried happy tears with them, no words spoken as we just hugged each other until we couldn't breathe. Before we knew it, Johnny managed to crawl this way and plop himself

Amelia's POV The vacation that Grayson and I were supposed to take had been postponed to next week due to my family being here instead of back in my old pack. It's been three days since the incident and I couldn't shake off the guilty feeling that latched onto me since that afternoon. I felt heavy everywhere as if something was heavy against my body and I couldn't rid of the memories of my mother's disappointed face. I felt utterly depressed when I should be happy, Grayson had been trying to put a smile on my face, but his attempts were in vain as I only managed to give him a fake smile, and that hurt me even more. The day after the incident he surprised me with a bunch of white roses, his attempt to cheer me up only brought a small smile to my face and a kiss. It sat in my room, every time I looked at it, I felt even more terrible for not reacting happier or bubbler. But, it made me realise he was trying, so at least I should be trying too. It did make me feel alright when he'd co
