Princess Yeri.I shudder on the long line of my people whom have been captured by Alpha King Ozar, the one rumoured to be the breathing dragon, a wolf whose bite is deadly and akin to a scorching heat that can only be found in a dragon’s breath. I bow my head, looking from one place to another, gazing at the gammas of the kingdom of Orizon who are turning my people into slaves after the war has been won. I gasp, tears trailing from my face and my hands clutching the cloak against my head.Just yesterday, I was the spoilt princess of Elanor who didn’t even have to pick up a spoon to feed herself. And now, I don’t know what is going on. I don’t know where my brother is. I don’t know if he is dead…I don’t know where my maid servants are. I gasp, seeing other young girls on the line who are being scrutinized by a group of gamma warriors…I don’t know where they are taking us or what they are going to do with us.The gamma warriors of Orizon have bodies that are augmented by radiation—they

Alpha king Ozar.I am known as Alpha King Ozar throughout the connecting territories of the adjoining homelands tied by rivers and borders. I am the last kind of the dragon wolf bloodline. A dragon bloodline wolf is a mythical creature that combines the strength and ferocity of a wolf with the majestic power and resilience associated with dragons. I control a kingdom of wolves who are at the top hierarchy of the food chain, the Kingdom of Orizon—a generation of dragon blood wolves whom are built differently than the average wolves. However, I am the last pure bloodline of that blood. I have a sleek, agile form of a wolf, but with certain dragon-like characteristics such as a bite of heat—fire doesn’t hurt me. When I turn, I shimmer with iridescence of a dragon's scales. Sharp claws and fangs, capable of rending through armour and flesh. I am known to be the scarred Alpha, one who has fought many battles to hold the throne of Orizon from its many contesters in the past.War is somethin

Yeri.“Wow, his majesty has keen eyes. How did he manage to take note of her?”“Another jewel in his harem.”“I hope she survives the night.”“Look at her, she obviously won’t! She doesn’t have the strength of Orizon woman, she is weak and petite.”My lips quiver and I pale at the hums of their conversations. What is about to happen to me? Is he about to me his mistress? The burly looking wolf who stood next to King Ozar seizes me by my arm and drags me towards a waiting carriage. There is a team of beastly looking horses, their flanks adorned with gleaming armours, standing ready to pull the carriage forward. Their hooves pounds against the earth, kicking up clouds of dust. The carriage itself is carved from the finest oak, its sturdy frame bears intricate patterns of ancient wolf runes and symbols, one can tell from a mile away that it belongs to a very powerful king. A king who has descended upon my people and reduced us to slaves. The gamma hoists me into the carriage, his eyes c

Alpha king Ozar. “I can give you everything you want being my mistress, my whore.” I say, moving in with the conversation despite the clear tears and anger in her eyes. “I would like respect.” There is a purity to the timbre of her voice, as if it is untouched by the stains of cynicism or doubt. “Respect? The women in my harem are well respected and they are not to be touched by anyone.” I answer and she looks away from me. She can never seem to hold a gaze, but I don’t have a problem doing so. I look at her, high, elegantly arched brows, eyes that are of the deepest sapphire. Her nose is slender and graceful, with a slight tilt that adds a touch of whimsy to her regal countenance. I cannot fully admit how many times I have looked at her lips, full and sensuous, the colour of ripe pomegranates—one that I could kiss from morning to dusk. With a mere curve of her lips, she could disarm the most hardened of hearts, not mine though. I am not a slave to any woman. Crowning her head isa

Yeri.“Wear it!” The servants yells over my head and I close my eyes. In a sumptuously decorated chamber, adorned with silken drapes and intricately woven rugs, they gather me. Their attire is luxurious, reflecting the opulence of their surroundings. When I was brought in, the servants in the harem stripped me off my clothes against my rights and battered me with water in my nakedness. I was bare before them, and I couldn’t overpower all of them even if I wanted to.And now, they are forcing me to enter into an ill-fitting dress. All of the women are dressed in garbs that are exposing every skin on their body. The materials are see through, their breasts, and buttocks are out in seductive manners. This is below me, a dignified princess of Elanor—I would not conform to this. As I sit in the midst of their taunts, their laughter, and abrasive words, it tears my heart from piece to piece.“Listen to me, if you don’t come out of this chamber and make yourself available to his majesty…he w

Alpha King Ozar.As the grand doors of the villa swing open, the sound of beating drums heralds at my arrival, echoing through the grand halls of the castle like thunder announcing a coming storm. Each rhythmic thud reverberates off the stone walls, sending vibrations coursing through the air and stirring the hearts of all who hear it. At our recent victory over the Elanor kingdom, I am holding a celebration in respect for my warriors who took the forefront to attain my heart desires. Thus, I hold a festival of food, drinking, and dancing. From the core parts of the city, I invite dancers and whores to consecrate the celebration. If any of my warriors are lucky, I allow them choose any woman they desire from my harem. Servants circulate, offering goblets of wine and trays of exotic fruits and delicacies imported from all corners of the empire. The central courtyard of my villa is transformed into a magnificent feast, with tables laden with an abundance of food fit for a king. Yeri.As I am pressed to my knees by two servants, my hands quiver and my entire body pulses with fear as I feel the air of the festivities change. I watched his eyes change into red fire, a fusion of his wolf and dragon bloodline. His chest quivered with every breath, muscles tensed beneath. Goblets of wine and platters of food fall to the ground as he steps away from the canopy. Before him, I am trembling, a stark contrast to his own unwavering stance. My once defiant gaze now falters under the weight of his wrath, my breaths shallow as I await his judgment. There is complete silence in the court after I failed to kill him—I cannot explain how but my hands failed to work when I saw that despite the cut I made on his neck, King Ozar didn’t falter or show sign of pain.“A slave raised a knife at me!?" His voice thundered through the space, resonating with the raw power of a storm at sea.“Cut her face, your majesty…let her leave with the scar forever!”“Beat her with a whip, your maje

Alpha King Orizon.I polish my sword with a soft cloth, my movements are fluid and practiced. With each stroke, the metal shimmered and I gaze at the sharp tip. It belonged to my father, and it was handed to be as I emerged onto the throne. Before ascending the throne, my father decreed that my brothers and I go through three tests of agility that he formed himself, stated in the will to the council. It consisted of three intense assignments. One where our agility, and determination would be tested. That test ended up driving a wedge between my brothers and I—we used to have a relationship by courtesy but after the old man’s death, there was no need to continue pretending. It was a slap on the face that an illegitimate son was the first to finish all the assignments despite how dangerous and life threatening it was.The council tried to consider me invalid due to the circumstance of my birth but I remember that day, I strangled the man who evoked such a movement. At the sound of foots

Princess Yeri. The sounds of laughter snap me out of my thoughts. Since I wasn’t familiar with the castle and its turnings, King Ozar commanded a castle worker to lead me back to the harem which is an estate, nestled a few minutes walk away from the king's castle. I took note of it as I was brought back. This time, I was not thinking of how to escape but how to adjust to my new life.It is a secluded paradise guarded by towering gates and vigilant sentinels. I could tell that the gardens were once lush if not for the winter that has frozen the vibrant blooms. It has fountains, tranquil water features, hidden gazebos and secluded alcoves. My eyes took cognizance of the guards who were at the towers, standing at strategic intervals, ensuring the safety and privacy of the harem's inhabitants. Orizon wolves, they are of burly form, clad in armored uniforms while maintaining a watchful eye over the grounds. From the placement of the guards, it becomes obvious to know that nothing goes out

Alpha King Orizon.“Yes, she got into an argument with Yolanda but I believe she has accepted what she is now.” Gladys, one of the assistant head of housekeeping says behind me. I chose her to take Yeri to the harem because she is gentler with her words and she can take time to explain things to Yeri. Unlike Agnes or the rest who are burning with flame and anger.“Why was Yolanda upset?” I ask, looking towards the large landscape, there is a large range before me where targets, crafted from dried branches stood in stoic imitation of foes. I hone on the mark, a silent determination etched upon my brow.“She was upset that Yeri didn’t start from the bronze floor.” Gladys says and Asher, one of my brothers, a prince of Orizon joins the scene.“I’m sorry I’m late. We were talking to Collins.” Asher says. His eyes are framed by a pair of arched brows, sparkled with a lively intelligence, their depths betraying a keen sense of wit and amusement. A faint dimple creased one corner of his mout
