As soon as they got inside the upper room, the system operators began to tremble on seeing the police men.The manager had to assure them that they weren't here to get them arrested.“All I need is your cooperation and nothing more.” The inspector mumbled to them to put their hearts at ease.He knew what they were scared of. Of course, they were young, vibrant guys and they might probably be involved in cyber crimes or internet fraud but he wasn't interested in any of that. The only thing he set his mind to do is to dig out who the culprit is.“Replay the clips, starting from this morning.” He said, narrowing his eyes. They turned on the TV that was connected to the cameras at the morgue attendant's room. The inspector watched the TV with every gusto in him. His eyes widened in shock as he saw Isa and Raymond walk inside the office. He maintained his steeze as they watched the TV from the moment the duo walked in to the moment the uniformed able bodied men left the morgue with the mor

Raymond shot a glance at the taxi's speedometer. It was at its highest but the car wasn't running as fast as he had expected. He urged the driver to drive faster as he could sense danger from afar. Not too far away. The nearer the black Honda came, the deeper he could feel the danger.Suddenly, the black honda pulled itself into the same level with the taxi. He saw four men putting on black masks. They were unrecognizable except from the tiny holes around their eyes which permitted them to see through and the tiny hole below their nostrils which allowed the passage of air.At this point, Raymond knew that he was in very big trouble. He could see a long pistol hanging across each man's chest and he saw a burning rage flaming in each of their eyeballs. He thought of nothing else but Isabella. How she was doing, what she might be doing at the moment or what could be going on through her thoughts. He recalled how she pleaded with him not to leave and how she told him it was dangerous outs

Douglas and Evelyn rushed to the station once they got the information that their Moms were arrested and being interviewed.By the time the both of them arrived at the station, Mrs Jereni has been locked behind bars and a date has been fixed for court proceedings while Mrs Rhoda Bennett was still kept inside the interview room. She was still claiming innocence and denying her relationship with Mrs Jereni. At a point, the inspector became sick and tired of interrogating her since she wasn't reciprocating to his questions sincerely. The interview room has the same structure of a cell but the difference was clear. A normal metal door, two chairs opposite each other and a desk in the middle. The inspector was sitting opposite Mrs Rhoda Bennett, staring into her face. At the same time, a series of thoughts ran through his mind. This was exactly the same position they both sat a few years ago when they were running an investigation concerning her dead husband. He shot a gaze of hatred at he

After narrating everything to Mrs Rhoda Bennett, she was astounded. How? This was exactly the same reason why she went as far as killing him.Unknown to her, he had already written his will where he willed all his properties to Isabella as it dawned on him that she was pretending all along. He called his lawyer who stood as a witness and directed him on where to sign. It was when she started seeing the lawyer around the house that she figured out that he was up to something. She confronted the lawyer who told her that he was about to give all his properties to Isabella who was his identical daughter. She was shocked as to how he found out that he wasn't the biological father of Evelyn. One fateful day, he bribed the lawyer to produce a document containing all of Mr Bennett's properties. When he asked why, she just chuckled like a witch.“You don't have to worry about how he is going to sign on it. Just do your part and leave the rest for me.” She had assured the lawyer who appeared c
