XanderIt has amused me the way she is getting annoyed with my words and the way I am looking at her. Don’t get me wrong, I am not trying to annoy or irritate her. It’s just that I can’t help myself. Even I am surprised by how I am feeling for Kenna right now and I can’t put my finger on what exactly it is.For sure, I fancy the way she looks, the curves of her body and wonder why on earth I paid no attention to her when I was married to her. Also, I am enjoying this new found feistiness of hers, it’s a huge turn on. My little mouse, Kenna has turned into a woman who knows her own mind. Not to mention clearly her intelligence, another thing she kept hidden from me.Or was it just that I was so focused on keeping my word to my best friend when he died, that I would take care of Violet? Maybe I have focused way too much on Violet to have noticed Kenna. But it’s time I tried to win her back. I do not like to lose at anything and having a divorce on my copy book now, doesn’t sit right wit

XanderWatching her chest rise and fall is doing strange things to my body and making my crotch area of my trousers tight. Her lips are slightly parted and her cheeks are flushed. “Are you warm, Kenna. Do you want us to move outside where there is more breeze now the winds are picking up slightly?” “What? No, I’m perfectly fine.” I chuckle knowing that for some reason I am having an impact on her and well I like it. The way her eyes are darkening making her iris’s look bigger and blacker is a dead giveaway that she is liking being here with me. Why did I waste all that time when I was with her? “So, tell me what are your plans within Bodega. You want to be on the executive board I take it?” “Of course, it’s going to take a couple of years I should imagine to claw my way to the top. Isaac did say he wanted me on the board but I declined.” She takes a sip of the chilled Sauvignon crisp white wine.“Why did you decline, you would have had all the extra money, the perks, everything. A

KennaI lean forward and place my hands in my head, I knew something like this would happen. Violet just simply cannot help herself. She is a bitch with a capital B. Loathing and detest for her seeps through my entire body, the anger mounts up. “Can I get you anything?” Herbert has knocked on the glass office door. “No, thanks, Herbert, I am fine. Did the walk through with Mr Staniopolis go well?”“Yes, Ma’am. I think he is mighty impressed with our outfit here. It’ll be a good business partnership.” He has a smile on his face, I notice how the skin around his eyes crinkle. “Indeed,” I lie because the last thing I want is to have to be at Xander’s beck and call on a business level. I want to just move on from him yet every time I am with him, no matter how much my mind tells me he is trouble for me, my body seems to have a different opinion. It’s frustrating and conflicting. For Isaac’s business, however, it is a good thing. Xander promoting our winery in his hotels will increase ou

XanderI sit opposite Kenna, my legs crossed watching her come apart, I’ve never seen this side of her and I am completely lost for words or what to do in a situation like this. I am still wondering if there is an angle, since I am so distrustful of women these days. Not knowing what the hell is going on between Kenna and Violet.Kenna called me to say she needed to see me, that it was important and involved Violet blackmailing her. From the sound of Kenna on the phone, she had been drinking. Her words were slightly slurred and some of it did not make sense at all.Needless to say, I have had to delay flying out to Asia. Thankfully I have leeway as my first meetings with the contractors do not actually begin until three days' time. I want to be able to familiarize myself first with the layout of the land, the offices I will be working from when I am in Asia and also to get to know the feel for the place. It’s a whole new market arena for me and one that I want to succeed in. There is a

KennaOh God today has been a total shit show. I managed to get to the Excom Meeting, of course the members were not especially receptive towards me. Isaac introduced me as the new solutions manager and that I was his stepdaughter and would eventually be assuming the position of CEO in six month’s time. Well, that went down like a lead balloon. There were plenty of raised eyebrows and some folding of arms. Of course they don’t want a young thing like me suddenly becoming the CEO of the business and having a handle on running the business. One man, Wilkinson, an older man in his mid-fifties even went as far as to say that he thought the leader of the org should be handed to one of them not to a young girl in her twenties and what did I know about the business. Isaac did stand in my corner, thankfully and explained that he wouldn’t consider putting me in charge if he didn’t feel that I was learning from the ground up. It was exhausting to say the least. Some of the women were a lot kind
