"Damn, I look bad ass." Reena finally decided after evaluating herself on the floor length mirror, "As I should!" She gloated. The red dress provided by the agency was simply stunning, designed to capture attention and hold it. “Agent 13! I am going to need you at full alert for this mission, I will not have you distracted.” A voice suddenly commanded from the doorway, and Reena whirled around in surprise, resisting the sudden urge to cross her hands around her chest defensively; it would be seen as a sign of weakness.“Chief,” She tried to say calmly, hating the weak way her lips breathed out the sound. He smirked before pushing himself off the wall he had been leaning on and watching her for God knows how long.He pushed even closer till she was trapped between the mirror she had once loved and his body, his thin lips curled into a smirk and his arrogant eyes glimmered with power and lust. Reena was beautiful and she knew it, but in situations like this, her beauty felt like a cu

She was not stupid enough to think that she was safe at all, she had no illusions of safety whatsoever as she hurried over to the west wings in her louboutins that were three inches higher than what she would ever consider fighting in.Cocking the gun steadily in her hands, she advanced to the elevators that she knew would lead her to the west wing, after all she had the complete map to the entire place so getting lost was not an option.Impatiently waiting for the elevator doors to open, Reena stood a little bit to the side and out of sight, after all it was not uncommon for guards to just be waiting at the other side of the door ready to puncture her body full of holes. The ding alerted her just as the first shot rang out and buried itself on the wall in front of her, doing a quick calculation, Reena could tell that they were five in total and armed to the teeth. Unwilling to confront them at once, well aware of her limited time, she decided to go on the offensive. In a well practic

Reena decided that she was done with hiding after days of not hearing from William. She knew that the longer she stayed away after a mission, the more likely it was for her to be in actual danger, and not the fake kind William might have dreamt up in his spare time.Zipping up her combat boots, Reena took the time to study herself. Her black leather jacket with studded details and edgy zippers paired nicely with the dark wash skinny jeans she was wearing, and damn it accentuated those curves nicely, she thought. Hurriedly packing up her hair into a messy bun at the top of her head added to the fierce, yet effortless appeal, which was what she was going for.Thanking William for knowing exactly her taste in clothes, she grabbed a dark red lipstick on her way out to complete the look. For some reason, a pair of dangerously silver eyes flashed across her vision like a razor sharp breeze of winter in the height of summer, and left a chilling wake in its path. She shook off the thought ins

As She was dragged to the truck blindfolded, she knew that any attempt at fighting back would only backfire. And Reena knew her plans had failed, but it could only be because of two things, either Will chickened out of the mission she had sent him on which was highly unlikely, or he was gunned down like a dog on sight, which was frankly more believable. The previously damp and humid air began to lighten significantly, which told Reena that they were back on the highway, and she could not help but sigh in relief, afterall they were less likely to get rid of her body this way. The van finally jerked to a stop, and Reena was flung forward on her seat. The past few days without food or water had taken its tolls on her, mentally and physically. She felt weaker than ever, which increased her anxiety. “What’s going on?” She asked anxiously, the air was still light, meaning they were still above ground, and unless they had changed the location of the Fold, she knew that something was terri

Groaning, Reena raised a heavy hand to her head. She felt heavier than she had in awhile now. What the hell was happening? Why couldn't she move? “Good, you are awake.” A stiff voice interrupted her inner conflict, and Reena slowly opened her eyes as she observed her surroundings. Warm earthy tones of various shades of brown greeted her, the room was huge, and the thick curtains surrounding the bed she was currently laying on stretched to the ceiling in a majestic shade of rich espresso.“Ow!” Reena exclaimed as she sat up slowly, the sudden movement caused her head to spin and bile rose to her throat. Reaching beside her blindly, she touched a glass on the table close to the bed and brought it to her lips in a swift motion.“Slow down, the boss would not have you sick, he has a hatred for weak creatures.” The voice hissed angrily as the water was yanked from Reena, and she opened her eyes to glare at the intruder, but a pair of lovely aqua eyes greeted her instead.“Who on earth are
