Alpha Gregory's POV The promise I made to Stephanie kept ringing in my head as I made my way towards my study. “I can't believe I actually agreed to save the one man who is a threat to my happiness with Stephanie." Davies's POV It had been two weeks since Alpha Gregory rescued me from the hands of the seekers and I had recovered fully.  Looking back, I could only imagine what the seekers would have done to me if not for his timely intervention I was immensely grateful for.  Life had returned to normalcy.  I no longer spent my day constantly looking over my shoulders and wondering what next the seekers were up to.  Walking up to the window in my study, I allowed my eyes to linger on the lush vegetation that went on for miles as I thought of only one person.  Stephanie. I had tried all I could to forget about her after the warning I received from Gregory's beta but it was to no avail.  Each time, I found myself thinking about her, where she was and if she was thinking about me too.
