บททั้งหมดของ The Lycan king’s blind mate: บทที่ 1 - บทที่ 10

Davina’s POVThe moon hung high, casting shadows across the courtyard. I stood in the clearing, my breath steady, my muscles tensed with anticipation as I watched the man before me with narrowed eyes.I swiftly moved to the side, barely avoiding the hand that came at me. Shifting my stance, determination fueled me and I charged forward, using my fist to direct a blow at him.“Too slow” He frowned as he deflected my attack effortlessly with his hand. I yelled in frustration and directed a kick to his side but he seemed almost bored as he avoided me, sidestepping the attack with ease, his eyes never leaving mine for a second. His attention was on me, watching and accessing my every move. His eyes flashed amber when he noticed my kick and he jumped back, dodging it.“Too predictable” He yawned, blocking my punch with just a casual flick of his wrist. Strands of my wet hair stuck to my face as I groaned, my breath coming out uneven. I watched him smirk, undisturbed and unbothered. I was

Davina’s POVFive years later. “We have item sixteen, a twenty-year-old she-wolf who has been trained to fulfill a man’s every desire. Perfectly obedient, Perfectly broken, what more could a man want.” There were sounds of chuckles as Valen paused before continuing. “This item is only on lease for 15 days though and she must be returned in the perfect state so let's start the bidding at twenty silver!”.“Thirty sliver!” Someone yelled.“Sixty sliver” Another countered.I had my head down as I listened behind the curtain with the other people that had been arranged in a line to be sold like commodities. We were commodities if you think about it, the moment you entered the Veil Auction house, your life and death did not matter and you would be only seen as an object whether you liked it or not.“Eighty slivers!” Valen’s voice cut through the crowd. “Eighty silver, going once… going twice…” There was total silence as he paused for a breath before bringing his gavel down. “Sold!”Soun

Davina’s POVThe Lycan King is my mate.I felt my heartbeat racing with each passing second, I tried to control my breathing and appear as small as possible away from him but when he leaned closer, I felt an intense spark from his touch alone, and a foreign sensation pulled between my legs, invoking a moan from within me.I held my breath and replayed his earlier words in my head. “No one can know you’re my mate” I swallowed and my heart tightened in pain. Why didn't reject me instead? Even if he didn't necessarily reject me, I could still feel the slight pain of rejection coursing through me.He didn't seem like he wanted me and he could have left me at the auction house if he didn't want anyone to know I was his mate so why did he buy me.My stomach dropped as a thought flashed through my mind. I closed my legs tighter and raised up my head slightly towards his direction but quickly looked down when I felt his eyes on me.He had remained silent during the rest of the journey. He ha

Davina’s POV “Get her cleaned up” Emmanuel ordered and I held the hem of my dress tighter. “Make sure she is properly dressed too and give her suppressant, she must not get pregnant since she will be spending the night with the Lycan king”. I froze the moment those words were uttered. A chill ran down my spine, my heart pounding in my chest. Every nerve in my body went rigid as my mind scrambled to process the weight of what had just been said. Did I hear wrong? Suppressant? Spending the night with the Lycan king? My legs almost gave way but I stretched my hand out to hold onto anything that was near me– I touched a hard surface and I held the edge of the table, keeping my body steady to stop myself from falling. "Oh, Moon Goddess. Is that true? What could the Lycan King possibly see in her?" one of the girls murmured, her words heavy with disbelief. I could feel their stares pressing down on me and they carried a weight of judgment and resentment. "Right? She looks like

Davina’s POVWas I going to die? Right here and right now, by the hands of my mate?I stopped struggling and closed my eyes as the world around me faded with every passing second. My breath grew shallow and I knew I was going to die. But was that… a bad thing? At least the pain and suffering would finally come to an end. But then, “I will find you, Sebastian. I promise”. For a split moment, I saw him and my chest tightened in pain as I thought about the promise I made to Sebastian, my younger brother. A promise I won't be able to fulfill.Just as I was slipping into unconsciousness, his hand loosened and he let go of my neck. My legs gave way and I fell to the ground, coughing and trying to gasp for air. My throat burned and tears threatened to fall but I held them back, refusing to cry yet I couldn't help as my body shook in fear as a thought flashed through my head– he would have killed me if he hadn't stopped a second sooner.I felt his presence close to me and a finger lifted my
