Lahat ng Kabanata ng Beyond the moon : Kabanata 11 - Kabanata 20

Getting to his SUV, Sebastian unlocks the car and gently places me in the front passenger seat and closes the door. I watch him with keen interest as he walks to the other side of the car before hopping in. “I have somewhere I'd like you to visit before we go home. I assure you, you'll love it.” I nod in response, getting a warm smile from him before pressing down on the brake pedal while pushing the engine button. The engine roars to life, the sound reverberating around the open space. The drive begins, quiet and awkward. The only sound in the car is the song from the speaker. Nobody will believe we spent the whole night chatting like we've known each other for years. Probably noticing how weird the silence was becoming, Sebastian decides to bring up a conversation.“My Rose, did you grow up with any siblings?” he says, smiling warmly as always with his eyes still fixed on the highway. That is an easy question, I got asked that many times while I was in highschool.Turning to face

Sebastian's POV Catherine!? Who told her I was bringing my mate back home? What's she even doing here today? Roman! I'm going to strangle him for real. Catherine's presence here and now won't give me the opportunity to have my mate to myself on our first day together in our house. “Oh! You must be Kaidaira. My brother's beautiful mate.” I love Catherine but at this moment, my hand itches to kill someone. “Yes. You must be Catherine.” Kaidaira replies with a broad smile. “Oh yes. I'm Sebastian's favorite sibling.” She always brags about that. I can picture Roman's “here we go again” expression if he was here. “My brothers have been talking about you. Sebastian has been unable to sleep since he found you.” She teases, raising her brows at me.When did Catherine start learning to be annoying? I bet she has been taking lessons from Roman. “Come see the dishes I'm making in the kitchen.” And with that she takes Kaidaira along with her. I don't wish to be away from my mate but stayi

Kaidaira's POV “Finally!" I say, jumping out of the car without waiting for Sebastian to help me out. The drive to this place was quite a long one. Why did Sebastian have to build our house so far away from all the fun places?! “My love, you know you shouldn't be running off that way. You haven't fully recovered." He says, walking fast to catch up. If we were alone out here he would have been running like a teenage boy to catch me but seeing the number of people out here, he is being the Alpha that he is. Finally coming to a stop, to save him the stress for another day, I know I saw a slight irritation on his face but in seconds it looked like it was never there. The admiration on his face is so adorable.“You can't keep carrying me always, I'm not a baby." I say, raising my hands to my waist with my lips forming a pout.“You are my baby so I'll carry you when I want to." He replies, taking my hand and leading me into the restaurant. The traitorous smile that had formed on my lips

“This is beautiful, buy this too" Catherine grins, holding up a red laced lingerie. I glare at her earning giggles from her and Amira. It's been two weeks since Sebastian's nightmare and the past few days have passed in a blur. Sebastian has been very busy lately with pack duties, giving me just little time to spend with him. Amira kept to her promise to check on me regularly and we have gotten closer over time. Roman introduced his mate to us days ago and we have been catching up really quick. She had volunteered to follow us to the mall when Amira suggested I go and buy some clothes since I have been rotating the few ones I had and Catherine has been really helpful, lending me some of her clothes too.I haven't been here for a long time but I am recognized as Sebastian's mate by most people. My legal union with Sebastian and initiation as the pack's Luna was a topic yet to be discussed because of his busy schedule. As Catherine holds up the red laced lingerie once again to get my a

Rising up to my feet, I brush the grasses and dust on my outfit. Bending to pick my diary, I ignore her. What? She decided to be bitchy, but I'll just try my best to be nice. The blondie continues to stare at my every movement, frustration, curiosity and irritation flashing in her eyes. If looks could kill, I'll probably be dead by now because of the daggers she's shooting at me with her eyes. “I'm Sebastian's mate.” I say, with a feigned smile while stretching my hand for a handshake. "Sebastian's mate?!” She scoffs, ignoring my hand. Okay, I did expect that. Who is she anyway?“Sebastian's mate?! ‘You’ are nothing close to Sebastian's type and you're ‘definitely’ not fit to be the Luna of this pack. So give another lie, the first one you said didn't fit in well.” She says, raising a brow at me with her hands folded across her chest. Who the hell is she?Opening my mouth to make a statement, she beats me to that. “I mean, look at you, your hair is as messy as a bird's nest. You are
