Skylar’s POVCharles immediately gets up and turns to the cell door but no one is standing there. Skylar’s POVThe feeling of the cold water on my skin, makes me alert of what I just did. I can not swim. The tide of the water is high and the current of the water is strong. How am I going to get out of this? I keep trying to swim but it only makes things worse. I decided to go with the flow but the water keeps pulling me under. Everywhere is also dark so I can’t see anything. What have I gotten myself into? Why is my life like this? Always from one problem to another. The current pushes me to the edge of the water, I don’t know which side it is but the place is slippery and with the high tide, I am pulled back into the water again. Skylar’s POVThe wolf keeps growling and banging on the door, until it gives way. The person transforms into human form and as expected, it is Dr. Frank. He walks in completely naked, I stand up from my crouched position so he will not tower above me too much. “It was not supposed to get this complicated, Skylar. If only you had just listened, we would not have gotten to this point. No one is coming to save you Skylar, so you can either come with me the easy way or the hard way. Which do you prefer?” He says. Ethan’s POV“Wakey wakey, Sunshine! We are here for round two!” The guy shouts, strolling in with two other guys behind him. The three of them snickering like little kids. I am totally certain that this is not Mason and when I am ready, I will beat him to a pulp. For now, I keep my head slouched to look weak and tired. “Today, I brought two friends to make our session today so much more fun. Do you like that?” He asks, when I don’t answer him, he grips my face and responds comically on my behalf. “Yes, Sir.”His hand on my face gives me the perfect advantage. I swing myself with the rope used to hold me to the ceiling and I keep him in the balls. I apply more force and I drag my hands from the ropes holding me to the ceiling. Instead of my hands being released, the rope cuts and I fall to the ground. Luckily, my legs are not tied so I am quick to regain a fighting stance. It does not take long for me to knock out all three of them. The herbs Mia gave me really worked and it helped
