Alexander’s POV Rustling sounds of lizards on the dried leaves and the chirping sounds of birds caused me to open my eyes that morning. Alexander's POV Screaming out in pain, I bent down, searching for Aliya in the place the tree had fallen. This was the worst nightmare that has befallen me. There were no traces of Aliya anywhere. I tried calling her name and running around the tree ,groping it around but couldn't find Aliya. Thunder lights flickered again and suddenly, the whole place brightened for a few seconds. Briskly and before the lights quenched, I was able to sight Aliya's legs. Before the lights went off, I had already located the spot where Aliya lay. I quickly held her legs and pulled her from the branches which covered her entire body.“ Dear goddess. Why?” I cried as I figured that the tree had fallen directly on Aliya's head. With tears in my eyes as I continued dragging Aliya's legs, I suddenly heard some screams from nowhere. I was not sure if she was the one who screamed. She was buried by the tree. I was finding it hard to drag her out. How could she suddenly scream? Thanks to the thunder

Nathaniel's POV After Duncan was laid to rest that day, we had to spend a little time with the cabinets before retiring to our pack. It was just a memorable day and I wished Duncan's soul would continue to rest in peace. Phoebe sat by my side all throughout the burial. I know it wasn't easy for her and needed to stay by her side although she didn't grieve much like the last time. Some rituals were made on Duncan's grave in front of the large compound where they had buried him. “Rest well, great warrior” I muttered and sighed. Hours later after the burial was concluded and all rituals done, I had to inform Beta Francisco that we have an urgent issue to attend to In my pack. He was worried and asked if it was an emergency and further asked if i needed this help.“ Oh, thanks for your help. But it's nothing to worry about” I replied to him. He tapped my shoulders and then said, “ Remember the peace feast in the next new moon. We need to work effectively towards it” He said and I
