Lucinda's POV. The fact that my eyes were widely open, watching the person who had claimed to be loyal to me, and the beginning turn against me in the best way he could. I was very careful so that I didn't bump my feet against a stone as I watched Daston. It was pretty crazy that he even remotely thought that he could beat me at my game when I was only just watching him and expecting him to fall into my trap so that I could make his life miserable. Nobody could snatch him out of my hands, no matter the situation, and I was happy that I finally had him where I wanted.
