He had looked forward to performing his godfather duties more than anyone else. "What?" He screamed, his voice almost ripping my ears apart. "How the hell did that happen?" I sighed, explaining everything to him in detail including Lyra's involvement. "I swear I'm going to kill her," his voice rose with anger and I knew just how much he'd be seething even without seeing him. "Hope she's been punished?" I didn't answer immediately.
