As the earth continued to separate, both Ambrogio and Tyler took a step back, not to get swallowed alive by the burning flame from hell, while I watched Tyler’s eyes widen in fear. The heat pouring from the flames was so intense that everyone took a step back, even those that had formed the circle, as the heat was too much to bear on our mortal flesh. Ambrogio and Tyler were both immortals, but I could see the pain now even in their eyes, as the flames continued to grow stronger.
