MELISSA’s POV I stared at the ceiling for a few seconds in the darkness. I had forgotten everything for a moment. But in a split second. It all came rushing back to my mind. MELISSA’S POV I was really grateful that Nicholas had offered to drive me home. I would be lying if I said I wasn't exhausted at that point. I could tell his mother was exhausted too and it was nice of him to offer to stay with Elle.
