Damien woke up an hour before Nora, taking a few minutes to admire her sleeping in his bed. They still had their separate bedrooms but since she returned from captivity, she had been sleeping in his room more than hers. He planned on never letting her leave, not that she had to know that. He had been in communication with Seyric and they had been a lot of sightings of werewolf spies hovering around their borders. They were short on guards because of their last attack on three packs and it seemed that their enemy packs had noticed. It was only a matter of time until Alejandro tried to attack their defenses.
