Briggs’ POV“Riki—call 911.”I’m already moving before the words fully land. She didn’t just collapse, she dropped. I’m beside her immediately, kneeling, hand at her jaw.“Hey. Look at me.”Nothing, her lashes don’t even twitch. I press two fingers to her neck to find her pulse. But it’s fast and uneven.“Riki!” My voice cuts sharper now.“I’m calling—” he answers quickly, already moving, already dialing.Around us, everything starts to spiral, voices, movements, questions. But I don’t hear any of it, because something about this doesn’t sit right. I’ve seen people panic, overdose, and lose control in places like this.My head lifts, and that’s when I see him, the same man from earlier, now near the exit.
