I held him back, placing my hand flat against his chest, admiring his view. His body was lean, with just the right amount of muscle outlining his skin. I let my hands wander down his chest, over his pecs and down over his small protruding abdominal muscles until I reached the waist of his jeans.He was breathing heavily, and I wanted to open my mouth against his only to breathe him in.His skin was so soft, and I let my fingers linger a little longer over the trail of hair leading from his navel down into pants.My fingers stop at his belt and I look up at him, my eyes asking him permission. My alarm scared me awake. I reached on my bedside table and switched off the alarm in my phone.Zac snored peacefully in my ear his arms wound tightly around me the way we fell asleep. When I tried to get out of Zac's arms, he pulled me tighter towards him and he groaned."I've got to get ready for work, Zac.""Hmm don't go," he responds, his voice raspy, laced with sleep.I turn around, still in his arms until I face him. Emmett and I stood at the entrance of the door with the groceries in our hands. While Emmett was joking about not looking and places the groceries on the kitchen counter, I felt as if someone had punched me in the middle of the chest.I couldn't stop looking at Zac. When we walked into the house, they both stood there facing each other. Her hand was on his cheek, their faces were close together as if they just parted from kissing. The following week went on in a complete blur.Emmett held me until I cried myself asleep that night. I knew crying wouldn't solve anything but my trust in Zac had completely shattered.I called in sick that night at the Bar but knew I would have to go into Last Words in the morning and for the next following nights I couldn't sleep at all. I had grown so accustomed to having Zac by my side when we slept that without him now it was tough.I knew enough of Zac's day to day routine that I knew how to avoid him. I would walk to the Bar and Last Words and every time I did, I would curse myself for not finding a car sooner. I turn the water on, dipping my hand underneath the stream to get the perfect temperature.I look in the mirror, while I'm waiting for the shower to heat up. My face and chest were flushed, giving the perfect amount of colour to my ivory skin. I take out my hair was its high ponytail, most of the hair had been pulled out from my rough movements on my bed. My nipples were stiff at attention from the cool night air and I cupped my breasts looking in the mirror. I didn't hate my body, I was short, stubby and curvy in all the right places.
