“So you killed the seer… That’s why no one could find her to get answers.” Suki swallowed the dry lump in her throat. “Yep,” Hadeon replied so casually, as if it meant nothing to him. “I made her use her magic to make all the high-ranked wolves from that meeting forget about me, then I killed her. He gripped his brother’s wrist and tried to pull him away; his brows furrowed when he realised Hadeon’s strength suddenly exceeded his own.  “Well, well…” Hadeon’s arrogant smile grew tenfold. With ease, he hauled himself up and slammed Brendan against the wall. “Isn’t this something, aye, brother? Me… stronger than the prized son.” He eyed Brendan up and down. “H-How…?” he coughed. Loosening his grip slightly, he rolled his eyes. “How do you think?” He turned his head towards the supernatural beings unconscious on the ground.
