BlakeTo be honest, I feel much better than I did yesterday. Roxy is who I am worried about. She is looking pale and won’t eat a lot. I knew her using her powers to try and save me would drain her. And she is refusing to see the doctor. My father, whom I have spoken to advised me to just let her rest. He has spoken to the elders and they do not feel that Roxy will die but that she will need complete rest for at least a few weeks.Dammit, I have the game tonight and whereas I am pumped up to get back on the ice, I now don’t want to leave her side. We have gone from her saving me, to me wanting to do nothing but take care of her. Only, I don’t have her powers, I can’t make her better and it frustrates the holy shit out of me. Not even our pack doctor can do anything for her right now.“Go,” she insists as she lays on the sofa with a book on her chest. She has been pretending to read whilst I’ve been getting ready for the game. Roxy doesn’t fool me. I can see her eyes have been closed.“
