CHAPTER 92Layla's POVDerek didn't even ask anything, but immediately pushed past the guard and out of the library. I guess he must have read the guard's mind. I didn't wait behind but quickly hurried after them, curious about what could make them so agitated.I wasn't as fast as the men, but I was fast enough to arrive in the grand hall just moments before they got there. CHAPTER 96Derek's POVI took the time to unravel my whole plan before Beta Rowan and the rest of the Council. I hoped they understood me, but they were busy looking frightened as if I had just disclosed very shocking news.“Can I talk to you alone, My King?” Beta Derek asked. The other Councilors didn't move, didn't say anything, but all of them had their eyes intently fixed on me, waiting silently for my command.
