Keisha’s POVWhat? Was he kidding me right now?“What do you mean what letters? Don’t test my patience, Jake.” I warned, stepping closer to him and giving him a stern look.“I don’t know what you mean. I’m serious.” He looked baffled.I scoffed, “The letter I wrote to you three years ago, I confessed my feelings to you and you rejected me, Jake. You rejected cruelly and wrote such heartbreaking words.”“What!”“I still remember every word you wrote in case you’ve forgotten, I can juggle your memory for you. You said if you had known that I had feelings for you, that you would have stopped being my friend a long time ago, and then you called me a nerd, which I am by the way. You said you can never be with someone like me.” I choked on my words as tears pricked the back of my eyes.“And that’s not all. You made copies of both my letter and your response and exposed it to the whole school just like you did today. Now, you want me to believe you weren’t behind putting up the posters?” I c

Jake’s POVI felt rage surged through my veins as those words left Rowan’s mouth. Of course that idiot was going to put the blame on me. What was I expecting? He had always been like that.I didn’t even remember throwing the first punch, all I knew was that when Rowan said he knew I wasn’t the one who put up those posters but there was no need for him to tell Keisha because she would not believe me anyway, I lost it. I punched him hard in the face before I had the chance to control myself. But he was right, Keisha would not believe me. When she told me about the letter earlier today, to say I was shocked was an understatement. If I had known she hated me all this time because of that, I would have tried harder to clear the air between us since I got back.I didn’t know anything about the response she said I wrote back. I would never write such cruel things to her. She was my only true friend. Even though I kept some things from her, she didn’t judge me for it. After my mom and grandm

Keisha’s POVRowan sent many apology texts even after I told him we were good. I stood by my window and looked out to see if I would catch a glimpse of Jake by any chance, but his window was closed.I sighed as I went back to my bed. Just as I laid on it, the doorbell rang. Joshua and Justin were not home yet but I knew they would not ring the doorbell before entering the house.I dragged myself down the stairs and headed to the door, my friends busted into my house as I opened the door.“Guys, I didn’t know you were coming.” I said as I shut the door. I felt a bit of the weight on my shoulders being pulled off. It was nice to have friends who cares about you. “We just wanted to make sure you are okay.” Amy said as she pulled me into a hug and rubbed my back.“Aww, don’t leave me out.” Nicole said as she joined in, Yuri laughed before wrapping her hands around the three of us.They finally pulled away and we headed to my room upstairs.“Today has been really hectic and scary.” Yuri s

Keisha’s POV My hands shook as I reached down and picked the letter. I swallowed the lump in my throat, a bit scared to find out what was written inside. The person behind this was hell bent on making me go insane.“Guys,” I called out in a shaky voice, my friends attention turned to me, looking at me curiously and wondering what I wanted to say.I slowly placed the letter on the table like it was a ticking bomb that would go off at any moment, they all had the same terrified expression I had. “Where did that come from?” Yuri asked, staring at me with wide eyes.I shook my head, “I have no idea. It came out of nowhere.” I answered her.“But how come none of us noticed when the person dropped it?” Amy voiced out, also looking around to see if anyone was watching us or acting suspicious.“I don’t know.” I muttered.Whoever was behind this was pretty sick and smart. I didn’t even know who to suspect anymore.“Well, let’s read it.” Nicole said, picking up the pink envelope, opening it a

Keisha's POV Justin and Joshua minded their business as we all ate breakfast. Today was mom's day off so she took her time to prepare breakfast for us.Senior year was gradually moving little by little and I had only crossed out one of the things I wrote in my bucket list. And that was getting Rowan to be my boyfriend.Maybe it was time to change some things in my bucket list. Catching the anonymous writer who was tormenting me would definitely be the first on my list. And how was I going to do that? By giving them a taste of their medicine like I said to Amy. "Hey, don't steal my food." I heard Joshua yell, breaking me out of my thoughts. "Jeez, will you stop shouting?" I glared at him."Then tell Justin not to steal my food." "He is your twin, deal with it." I deadpanned, earning a groan from him. He reached out to Justin's plate but he was too slow. Justin carried his plate and raised it up, he opened his mouth and poured the rest of the food in his mouth. He placed the plate
