Natalie’s POV“You’re walking too fast,” Emma murmured, fingers tightening around my arm as we stepped out of the car.“I’m not,” I said. “I’m walking normally.”She gave me a look. “You’re power-walking. And in those heels.”I slowed—barely. The church rose in front of us, pale stone catching the morning light, bells chiming softly overhead. Guests were already gathering on the steps, laughter drifting up in little bursts, the air humming with that particular kind of joy that made everything else feel louder.“This feels surreal,” I said.Emma smiled. “It’s a wedding.
