Everyone, take your seats.” The head of the council banged down on the hardwood surface of the table before him.They had just received word that one of the blessed packs had been wiped out without cause. Everyone knew that the Cherry Ridge pack was neutral and protected by the Goddess Selene. Attacking them without provocation was against their laws. Attacking any blessed pack for as long as the original blessed wolf bloodline resided within the territory was forbidden.“How can we calm down, Councilman Aven? The Goddess will retaliate.
