I was walking up to the front desk I noticed once again how pristine and minimalist this company chose for its public views. It’s not bad by any means. But a few more statutes or paintings of contemporary art could give it a little more wow factor than the plain Jane look it has now. Finally the shopping spree is over. It’s 2 in the afternoon and I’m starving. I can’t wait to get back to where I’m staying and make me a nice cup of ramen and crack open a cola. *stomach growls*Mr. Jones turned to me then, obviously hearing my traitorous stomach, and gives me a knowing look. Instead of going back to the office he tells to driver to stop at a restaurant. With everything that he’s done for me today, I don’t know what to expect. We apparently stopped at a small cafe it looked like. We walk inside and all I see are cats everywhere. I’m in heaven. We slide into a booth and a tiny little grey and white kitten jumped on my lap. I began petting the little male. Soon after a waitress brings us menus. We say our orders and wait for our drinks. A large tabby decided to climb on his shoulders then. He ended up smacking him in the face with her tail and I laughed. He looked at me with enjoyment and I couldn’t help but look away. “So, Aliie, I see you’re enjoying yourself here”

We were both sitting on the couch eating our Chinese food watching The Squid Games. The new season just came out, and turns out we both liked the show. We watched and ate in silence. It was starting to get late though, so he stood up, threw away his containers and was preparing to leave. I handed him his jacket that was still around my waist and thanked him again as he was walking out of my apartment. I brought all my bags to the bedroom earlier, but waited until after I ate to put things away. As I started to unpack my suite case and the shopping bags, I realized the walk in closet was filled to the brim. It had all kinds of clothes for all different kinds of occasions. Shoes too. And hand bags. And everything was in my size. I was shocked. I couldn’t believe he purchased all of these things. It would take me years to even be able to afford a small portion of what was in here.
