Thalia couldn’t think straight. Her grip on the wheel trembled as she swerved from right to left, but no matter what she did, the truck kept following her car. Sweat trickled down her forehead, her body shaking as she fought to steady her hands on the wheels. Her phone buzzed, with the corner of her eyes, she saw George’s name flash on the screen.
