Aurelia’s POV We were back at the hotel room now, and I was seated on the bed with my fingers running through my damp hair. I was tired and my body ached from the battle with Fernando and his beta. I was glad that we’d been able to get our crystal back, but at the same time, I wondered if it was a good thing that we won it. If we didn’t, we would have been sent back home which meant that I would get to be with Asher quicker than I expected. But that didn’t look like the case, because so far I hadn’t seen anybody being thrown out. The shower was supposed to be relaxing, but it barely did any good for me. Maybe if I got some sleep, it would chase away the pain. My lip still stung from the cut that I’d gotten from the fight. I was tired. I needed some rest. I rubbed my hair with the towel vigorously trying my best to dry it as quickly as possible. I was in nothing but my bra and panties. Rune was in the bathroom, which meant I still had a few minutes to fix myself before he came out.
