Chapter 11 “A Ring” POV Ayesha My father is smiling from ear to ear, and I can’t get a word out; I’m so excited. Is this it for me? Is he the one I'm going to spend the rest of my life with? Chapter 13 “Julia” POV Ayesha Thanatos pops into the kitchen and invites me to have dinner with him. The moment I sit down, he pulls my chair close and ruffles my hair and pours me a coffee and adds the caramel syrup. We have roast beef and mashed potatoes and gravy with all the fixings. Chapter 15 “The Mark” POV Ayesha I open my eyes, and I’m in a hospital, with all sorts of tubes and wires attached to me. Logan has passed out in a chair next to my bed. A nurse notices my eyes are open and gets the doctor. “Ayesha, it’s good to see you're awake. Chapter 17 “Another Mate” POV Ayesha I wake up the next day and I’m alone. When I run into Thanatos, he doesn’t even look at me. It’s like he’s forgotten what I mean to him. Chapter 19 “The Ball” POV Ayesha I spend the day with my sisters working in the garden. Uncle Darwin shows up in a fancy tux looking handsome. Surprised I’m not dressed and ready. “What’s going on?
