ELOWEN"That was a really nice movie," I stretched, dusting off the popcorn that had landed on me onto the floor."I didn't know you'd like those kind of movies," he replied, picking out a popped corn in my hair."Yeah, horror movies don't scare me much," I lied, fiddling with my hands, hoping he had not noticed how much popcorn I threw up in fear and how tightly I was gripping his arm."Yeahhh, right." He chuckled, throwing me a glance.“That’s so sarcastic, I could tell,” I countered, managing a genuine laugh this time and giving him a quick, playful punch on the shoulder.“Not only did you almost squeeze out all the blood in my arm, now you want to take it off as well,” he teased, moving ahead as we approached the entrance to the underground carpark.“I did not!” I protested, a little louder than I expected, and started chasing after him, trying to keep up with his long stride.“Did too, Gattina,” he called back over his shoulder, his voice full of warmth.I groaned in frustration
