Lahat ng Kabanata ng Awakened: The Luna’s Revenge After Exile: Kabanata 131 - Kabanata 140

SELENA’S POV. From the corner of my eyes, I saw Damian and Kourtney both alight from the car like the two of them owned the place. The nerve of her to even show up here after everything that has happened. I could understand that Damian has to be here but Kourtney? She has no fucking reason to be here but that was for another day. The message was clear, he was not supposed to come here with her but then again, it was Damian and Kourtney was like his lifeline. He clearly couldn’t do anything without her. I wasn’t even mad, I was just appalled at the fact that even after a long time, he still couldn’t stand on his own. “Are you still mad at me?” Kourtney asked from where she was standing. I didn’t even want to look at her but her statement piqued my interest. She must think herself too important to think that I would even glance at her. “We are here for a meeting, don’t act like this is your personal call” “Come on in then” Glancing at Marcus who hasn’t said anything one last time,

SELENA’s POV. The main problem with Damian was the fact that he couldn’t see beyond his nose. He thought everything was as it seems and I hated that part of him so much. Everything about him today gave me the ick. The fact that he couldn’t stick to simple instructions of not coming with Kourtney and following me to the bathroom made me so upset. Even Marcus was not left out. The nerve of him to actually send me that kind of a message. What kind of vibe do I give off for the two of them to think I was the same Selena they knew months ago. The more I thought about it, the more it didn't make any perfect sense but one thing was for sure. I was healed enough now. I didn’t feel bad when I saw him, my heart didn’t skip. I just felt numb to him and even if that was the only thing I could brag about now, I was excited. “Watch where you are going” a voice called in front of me and I jolted out of my thoughts, only to raise my head and Marcus leaning against the wall. What the actual fuck? I

DAMIAN’s POV. I sat in a daze for the remaining part of the meeting. The doctor’s words were still ringing in my head. He said her pregnancy was two weeks before everything started. That could only mean the baby belonged to me but why did he lie? He told me Selena got pregnant recently and she didn’t say anything to counter that. She let me believe that the baby belonged to either Dominic or Aiden. I couldn’t even think straight as I sat there, watching her walk out of the hall. That was how I sat until the meeting was finally over. I didn’t hear a single word that followed. It wasn’t until Marcus spoke that I finally snapped back.“We are done, Alpha.”I looked up.Most of the elders had already risen. Aiden, however, remained seated, speaking quietly with Pete, utterly composed. As if nothing had happened. As if my world hadn’t just collapsed.Without thinking, I stood and walked toward him.Aiden lifted his gaze the moment I reached him. He didn’t stand. He didn’t speak. He si

AIDEN’s POV. I groaned softly as Selena snaked her hand around me and deepened the kiss. I pressed closer to her, our bodies almost touching. The softness of her lips, the warmth of her body against mine. I was about to lose all senses of balance left inside of me. I have imagined kissing her a lot of times but it still doesn’t do justice when I actually kiss her. She makes me feel a whole lot of things at the same time. I pried open her mouth and slid my tongue into her mouth, she didn’t push me away, she opened up for me giving me permission to take her. “Fuck” I groaned as I slightly pulled away from her but my hands were still wrapped around her protectively like k was scared she would disappear if I let go of her. My gaze dropped to her lips and I moaned softly—that looked slightly swollen and I loved it. “Why did you stop?” She asked gently, her eyes searching mine for an answer. “You don’t want me to stop?” I asked, a small smirk lingering on my lips, “hmmm?” “I didn’t s

KOURTNEY’s POV. As soon as I walked out of the hall, I rushed into my room and pulled out the mirror and in no time, the witch’s face came into view. “Why have you summoned me again, dear?” She asked. “I have a million things I want to talk to you about but first of all, Bane. He is going to tell Damian the whole truth” “So what do you want?” “End him” I didn’t think twice about anything. I knew Bane was going to rat out everything. He told me he was going to do that. “I am going to tell the alpha everything” he had said, “he sounded really furious when he asked me” “You don’t have to” I told him, “I am going to help you” But I was sure he was going to. Marcus tortured him all night, I didn’t even think he would be alive till this morning. But the look he gave me when I entered the hall signified someone who had resigned to fate. I didn’t care about his life, I was more concerned about saving my neck. Selena was already up to something, I didn’t want to deal with two things at
