AMELIA XAVIER I sat in the sitting room watching the news, cameras flashed at the dead bodies that lay scattered around the woods. The police blocked the area saying investigations were going on as the news reporters relayed the reports of so many deaths in one night. My mind drifted to last night when we marched to the woods to kill Ari's men. Father was right when he meant that Ari might not show up, but she was just a step ahead of us which made me question our so called loyal allies.
