**Stella's POV** "Awww, my head," The first thing I am aware of is a pain throbbing in my head and the cold that comes up through whatever I am lying on. It settles into my hips and shoulders like it has been there for a while. My mouth tastes stale. My neck aches in the particular way it does when I have slept at a bad angle for too long, and for a moment, just a moment, I lie still and let my brain try to catch up with my body. What happened to me??? Then I open my eyes. The ceiling above me is concrete, unpainted, and water-stained in one corner, crossed by a single bare bulb on a wire that throws more shadow than light. I sit up slowly and the room tilts once before settling — dim walls, a metal door, a small window set too high to see through. The smell is dust and something underneath it, something industrial and faintly chemical, like oil and old rust. Where am I? I look down at myself and notice that I'm still in my gym clothes with trainers still on my feet. H
